A Study On Hospital Intelligent Finance

The intelligent finance is the development direction of the traditional financial management which is recognized by everybody at present.The birth of the intelligent finance is the result of the financial work from sharing to intelligence development.In the past,the development of financial work was mainly in two aspects.First,the development of accounting.In the past ten years,the application of financial accounting computerization has basically freed the hands of accountants and improved the working efficiency of accountants,the accountant only needs to make a single operation,the books and statements can be automatically generated by the system.With the continuous updating of the financial system,various personalized requirements in the financial software are constantly realized,and the single-machine version is developing to the combined version,financial sharing has emerged as the Times require,and is being applied by more and more enterprises.Shared Finance centralizes all financial information into one platform for processing,which reflects the centralized control of the unit and improves the efficiency of financial work.The intelligent finance is to reform from the financial source business,change the connection way of front-end business and financial work,update the whole flow path of financial work,and change the position setting and function of financial work,in order to achieve the functional requirements of financial work.This paper summarizes the current situation of the financial work of a large-scale public third-grade hospital,and in view of the challenges and opportunities that the financial work of the hospital faces,the hospital has carried out the construction of the intelligent financial system,this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of hospital intelligent financial system with the method of case analysis,and makes it clear that in the actual work,the hospital should combine with its own actual situation,promoting scientific and effective financial information construction by stages and steps provides important guarantee for resource sharing,data correctness and security,leadership and scientific decision-making.This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of hospital intelligent financial system to keep its current vitality and expand its advantages.
