Design Of Logistics Delicacy Management Plan For L County People’s Hospital

With the deepening of health care reform,the 12 th five-year plan clear public hospitals to carry out the drug zero bonus policy,medical drugs accounted for revenue ratio may not be 30%,at the same time,the cost of medical materials consumed per 100 yuan of medical income shall not exceed 20 yuan,medical income will continue to undergo structural adjustment.Based on the reform of medical insurance payment,the 13 th five-year plan promotes the policy of fixed payment for single diseases.Public hospitals will make structural adjustment to their expenditures on the premise of guaranteed income.No matter the hospital income or expense structural adjustment cannot leave the hospital logistics management,the logistics management success or not,plays the decisive role to the hospital sustainable development.This paper takes the logistics management of L county people’s hospital as the research object,analyses the main problems of the logistics management,designs a logistics management plan based on the theory of delicacy management,taking the PDCA cycle as the management procedure,making full use of the hospital information system for process control,which is used to reduce the operation cost and risk of logistics operation,improve the quality of logistics service,and explore a sustainable development road belonging to the logistics management of L county people’s hospital.The paper also put forward that using the PDCA cycle as the basic procedures of delicacy management,it can effectively form a closed-loop management and ensure the implementation effect of logistics delicacy management scheme,which has a certain practical significance.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background,significance,content and methods,and describes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter discusses the theory of delicacy management,quality management and PDCA,emphasizing the importance of theory.The third chapter describes the status of logistics management in L county people’s hospital,summarizes and analyzes the main problems in logistics management through questionnaire survey and other methods,and puts forward the necessity of logistics delicacy management.In the fourth chapter,PDCA is used as the main tool to design the logistics management optimization plan of L county people’s hospital.The fifth chapter is the feasibility analysis.Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
