Objective: This study preliminarily explored the application value of coaxial saline needle insertion method in reducing the common complications of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods: A total of 110 patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy from September 2018 to December 2020 were included in this article. They were divided into two groups of 55 cases by random allocation. The control group was routinely applied with coaxial puncture, and the study group used The puncture was performed with the coaxial saline injection method to observe the occurrence of complications such as pneumothorax and bleeding in the two groups. Results: Of the 55 patients in the control group,46 cases obtained specific pathological tissue specimens, the positive rate of pathological diagnosis was 92.16%,and 16 cases developed pneumothorax,of which 3cases were given thoracic drainage and 3 cases were given thoracentesis and only a small amount of pneumothorax remained. The incidence of pneumothorax was 29.09%,and the intervention treatment rate was 10.90%.There were 14 cases of bleeding, including 1 case of hemoptysis,3 cases of small hemothorax, the incidence of hemorrhage was 25.45%,the incidence of small hemothorax was 5.45%,and the rate of hemoptysis was 1.82%.52 of the55 patients in the study group obtained specific pathological tissue specimens, and the positive rate of pathological diagnosis was 96.30%.There were 7cases of pneumothorax, all with a small amount of pneumothorax, and no intervention was required. The incidence of pneumothorax was 12.73%.There were 10 cases of bleeding, including 1 case of hemoptysis,1 case of a small amount of hemothorax, the incidence of bleeding was 18.18%,the incidence of small amount of hemothorax, and the rate of hemoptysis were both 1.82%.The incidence of pneumothorax complications(12.73%vs29.09%)and intervention treatment rate(0.00%vs10.90%)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding between the study group and the control group(P>0.05),but the incidence of a small amount of hemothorax was lower in the study group than in the control group(1.82%vs5.45%).There were no complications such as severe pneumothorax, subcutaneous emphysema, and severe bleeding in both groups. Conclusions: Compared with the simple coaxial method, the coaxial normal saline injection method can effectively reduce the incidence of pneumothorax under CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, but it cannot reduce the occurrence of bleeding complications. This method is worthy of further research and promotion.
