Objective To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Plus Wushen Decoction Drip Irrigation Combined With Closed Negative Pressure Drainage In The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot With Blood Stasis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bu yang Huan wu and Wu shen Decoction drip irrigation with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of blood stasis type diabetic foot.Methods: The patients in the two groups were given basic treatment of diabetes,monitoring of blood glucose,blood pressure,well controled,antibiotics symptomatic,daily nutritional support,routine dressing change,removal of wound necrosis tissue.On the basis of placing negative pressure drainage device,one group was given Buyang Huanwu and Wushen Decoction drip irrigation with vacuum sealing drainage,the control group:Compound Phellodendron solution drip irrigation combined with vacuum sealing drainage treatment,the experimental process recorded and compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment of wound reduction rate,wound size,wound depth,the overall efficacy of the two groups,the degree of wound healing,healing time,blood routine,liver and kidney function damage for statistical comparison,statistical analysis of the two groups If there are adverse reactions in the process of the experiment,timely find the cause,symptomatic treatment,detailed records of the treatment process of adverse reactions,the elimination of those who can not continue the experiment,and finally sort out the comprehensive analysis to get the exact clinical curative effect.Results:(1)The white blood cells,CRP,wound size,wound depth,wound healing rate and dressing change times of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,(2)After treatment,the wound size and depth of the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the average dressing change times and wound healing time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus Wushen Decoction drip irrigation combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of blood stasis type diabetic foot has a clear curative effect in promoting wound healing and shortening the course of disease.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment,which was worthy of clinical application.
