Study On The Service Effect And Satisfaction Evaluation Of Contracted Residents’ Family Doctors

Objective: Based on the elderly patients with chronic conditions,the contract service mode of family doctors is preliminarily constructed,the service effect and service satisfaction are tested,and the main factors affecting the contract service satisfaction are analyzed,so as to provide a basis for the further improvement of the contract service of family doctors.Methods: In this study,convenience sampling method was adopted to select contracted elderly chronic disease residents from the family doctor team in H Hospital of a hospital in Shenyang,Liaoning Province.A face-to-face interview method was adopted to investigate the effect of contracted service and the satisfaction evaluation of contracted service among residents.In this study,a total of 225 questionnaires were sent out,209 were returned and 209 were effective,with an effective rate of 92.89%.The questionnaire data were collected and analyzed by SPSS21.0.The main statistical methods included descriptive analysis,paired sample T test,chi-square test,Pearson correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results: 1.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of contracted residents were significantly improved,and the service effect was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.Health management services(physical examination),outpatient appointment and medication guidance are the influencing factors for the satisfaction evaluation of contracted service of family doctors,and the combination of other chronic diseases has a significant impact on the satisfaction evaluation of contracted service.Conclusion: Among the contracted service items,health management service(physical examination),outpatient appointment,medication guidance are likely to be the important influencing factors of family doctors’ satisfaction with contracted service.For the elderly patients with chronic diseases,on the one hand,to provide reliable medical measures for the contracted residents,on the other hand,to improve the contracted residents’ awareness of the contracted service of family doctors,in order to improve the satisfaction of the contracted service of family doctors,and promote the establishment of a good relationship between family doctors and residents.
