Objective: To provide the basis for the etiology research of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and provide certain reference value for clinical practice by studying the correlation between new indicators like neutrophils / lymphocytes(NLR),platelets / lymphocytes(PLR),placental unit volume,NT-pro-BNP and pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: A total of 147 patients who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from June 2018 to December 2020 and were diagnosed with hypertension in pregnancy were selected and divided into 3 subgroups according to the severity of the disease. The GH group include 54 patients;the PE group include 45 patients;the severe PE group include 48 patients;the control group include 108 normal pregnant women.Take venous blood for routine blood tests and NT-pro-BNP,calculate neutrophils/lymphocytes(NLR),platelets/lymphocytes(PLR),take the placenta 3*3 size at the center of the placenta during delivery to calculate the placental volume.Patients with hypertension in pregnancy were left to take 24-hour urine protein quantification. Results: 1.We can find out that in the severe PE group、the PE group and the GH group, blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and BMI are higher than those in the normal control group, the difference is statistically significant.2.The NEU count of pregnant women in the severe PE group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups, the platelet counts of women with severe PE were significantly lower than those of the other three groups. The value of NLR of the severe PE group was significantly higher than this value of the other three groups and the value of PLR was significantly lower than this value of the other three groups. We cannot find out that the value of NLR and PLR were significantly different in the normal control group、GH group and PE group.3.According to the gestational age stratification analysis, the placental unit volume of pregnant women in the severe preeclampsia group in stratification 1(28-31+ 6 weeks of gestation),stratification 2(32-33+ 6 weeks of gestation)and stratification 3(34-36+ 6 weeks of gestation)was significantly smaller than that in the other three subgroups, and there was no significant difference in placental unit volume among the four subgroups in stratification 4(after 37 weeks of gestation).4.According to the gestational age stratification analysis,NLR was negatively correlated with placental unit volume of pregnant women, while PLR was positively correlated with placental unit volume in 28-36+ 6 weeks of gestation. After 37 weeks of gestation, there was no significant correlation between NLR and placental unit volume, but there was a positive correlation between PLR and placental unit volume.5.The value of NT-pro-BNP in the severe PE group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups.6.The result of Multivariate Logistic Regression Analysis tell us that increased BMI,increased NLR,decreased PLR and increased NT-pro-BNP were risk factors of severe PE.Conclusion: In the severe PE group,we can find out NLR was significantly increased,PLR was significantly decreased,NT-pro-BNP was significantly increased. The results of this study can provide a certain reference value for early clinical diagnosis and etiology research of severe preeclampsia, and also provide a basis for early prevention and intervention treatment of severe preeclampsia.
