Objective:A comparative analysis of the surgical procedures and postoperative curative effects of reoperation for lumbar disc herniation, and compare the differences between spinal endoscopy and traditional surgical methods. Methods:The 58 patients undergoing reoperation of the lumbar spine were divided into groups according to the operation method, and the cause of recurrence was analyzed. The results of the operation were evaluated by comparison before and after the operation, and the differences between the groups were evaluated by comparison between the operation plans. Results:The follow-up time was 7-54 months.Among them,36 cases were excellent,12 cases were good, and 10 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was 82.76%.Group)JOA and VAS scores were significantly improved before and after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA and VAS scores between the groups. However, the endoscopic group was in terms of operation time and surgical blood loss.Occupy an advantage(P>0.05),the overall postoperative improvement rate is 69.06%Conclusion:The reasons for recurrence of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation are complicated. For the treatment of simple herniation recurrence, spinal endoscopy can still obtain satisfactory results.
