| Objective:To investigate the correlation between plasma arteriogenic index(AIP)and Gensini score of coronary artery disease in postmenopausal women with unstable angina pectoris.Method:Eighty-four postmenopausal female patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July 2019 to October 2020 and confirmed by complete angiography were selected as the unstable angina pectoris group(UA group).Patients were selected for diagnosis due to chest tiredness and chest pain during the same period and coronary angiography was completed.Forty postmenopausal women with less than50% coronary artery lesions served as control group.Fasting blood lipid, renal function and blood routine of all subjects were recorded on the second day after admission. The ratio of triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was calculated, and then its logarithm value was calculated.Plasma arteriogenic index(AIP)of each subject was obtained and recorded, and the data between the two groups were compared.Gensini(GS)scores of all subjects were calculated, and patients in the UA group were divided into three groups according to the Gensini scores: light, moderate and severe(0-19 was mild,20-39 was moderate, and > 40 was severe). The baseline data of the UA group and the control group were compared, and the indicators with statistical differences were compared among the UA group, moderate group and recombinant group.Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between AIP and Gensini score.Result:The plasma atherogenic index, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine and uric acid in UA group were higher than those in the control group, the proportion of diabetes was higher than that in the control group, and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UA group was divided into light, medium and severe groups according to Gensini score.Intergroup comparison of AIP,LDL-C and HDL-C showed that AIP was different among the three groups. The severe group was significantly higher than the mild group and the moderate group, while the moderate group was significantly higher than the mild group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were differences in HDL-C among the three groups, and the levels of HDL-C in the moderate and severe groups were significantly higher than those in the mild group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the moderate group and the severe group(P>0.05).There were differences in LDL-C among the three groups, but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis of AIP and Gensini rating branch showed that there was a positive correlation between AIP and Gensini score in the UA group(r=0.550,P=0.000).Conclusion: AIP is positively correlated with Gensini score in postmenopausal women with unstable angina pectoris, which can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the degree of coronary artery lesions in postmenopausal women with unstable angina pectoris. |
