| ObjectiveThis study on mixed hemorrhoid external strip within the firm and postoperative anal edema patients of hemorrhoidcleaning formula therapy,comparing with sit glauber’s salt bath treatment,from the aspects of edema,pain for curative effect observation,to assess the clinical efficacy of the prescription of hemorrhoid cleaningand its medication safety.MethodsFrom November 2016 to January 2018,patients with “mixed hemorrhoids”were admitted to the anorectal department of guangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and patients with anal edema after surgery.The patients were divided into the hemorrhoids group(treatment group)and the glauber group(control group)by the simple random grouping method,with 51 cases in each group,and the drug was started after the occurrence of edema in each group.Treatment group will decoction good hemorrhoid wash against 300 ml water to 1200 ml of liquids,through steam fumigation patients first wound 5 min,stay when the temperature dropped to 40 ℃(in treatment crissum skin tolerated as degrees),told the patient to the anus department wound began to take a bath after all immersed in the liquid,each time at 10 min,at eight o ’clock in the morning and at night the fumigation 1 times;In the control group,50 g was taken in the bath,and 50 g of mirna was dissolved in 1500 ml boiling water.The number of fumigation,temperature,time and method were the same as those in the treatment group,and the two groups were continuously treated with 7d.In treatment period,two group of patients were observe respectively before and after treatment of 2,4,7d edema,pain integration and recording related data,in addition,the corresponding changes in the volume of edema before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared,and the overall effect difference after treatment of 7d was compared,all the data was quantified and then followed through statistical analysis,recording and observing if there was any adverse event during the entire drug process.Resuls(1)There was no difference in the balance index(gender,age,course of disease,internal hemorrhoid score,number of wound incision)in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Edema volume was compared before and after treatment:The post-treatment group of 7d’s edema was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The difference in volume of edema before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The volume of edema after treatment of both groups of 7d was less than the treatment before treatment for the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of edema in different time points: Compared with control group,2d medication before and after treatment,there was no statistical difference of two groups of patients with edema integral meaning(P>0.05),4d and 7d after treatment,the treatment group of edema points lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.01);In the treatment group,the edema integral after treatment was gradually decreased,and the edema scores of 2d,4d and 7d after treatment were significantly different compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),in the control group,there was no significant difference between2 d and edema before treatment(P>0.05),and the edema scores of 4d and 7d after treatment were both lower than before,both of which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of pain points at different time points: In contrast to the control group,there was no significant difference in pain points between the two groups of patients(P>0.05)before and after treatment at 2d,at 4d and7 d after treatment,the pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);In the treatment group,the pain score of the treatment was gradually decreased,and the pain scores of 2d,4d and 7d after treatment were significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain score between 2d and the treatment before treatment(P>0.05),the pain scores of4 d and 7d after treatment were both lower than before,both of which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).(5)Overall curative effect aspects:Treatment group total effective rate(94.12%),significantly higher than the control group(80.39%),the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05).In addition,in the course of clinical studies,neither group has adverse events in the course of treatment.ConclusionThe prescription of hemorrhoid cleaning has a quick effect on the treatment of anal edema after the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.It can obviously reduce the edema and pain of the patients after the operation,and accelerate the time of edema,and the efficacy of the patient is positive,besides,the prescription of hemorrhoid cleaning did not have any adverse events during the treatment,and the medicine was safe,simple and clinically worthy to be popularized. |
