Clinical Study Of Jiawei Erzhi Pills And Shengmai Powder In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

ObjectiveBy observing patients with ventricular premature beats with deficiency of qi and yin after taking Jiawei Erzhi Pills combined with Shengmai Powder for a certain course of treatment.Comparing and analyzing the clinical symptoms,the scores of TCM syndrome,the number of ventricular premature beats on 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and Lown classification changes before and after treatment.To provide safe and effective prevention and treatment methods and new reference ideas for the treatment of ventricular premature contractions with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsSixty-two patients who were admitted to the outpatient department of cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to February 2021 and met the diagnostic criteria of palpitation caused by deficiency of Qi and Yin in Chinese medicine and ventricular premature beats in Western medicine were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=30).On the basis of the same lifestyle intervention measures,patients in both groups were given Jiawei Erzhi Pills combined with Shengmai Powder(10g Ligasi Fruit,10 g Mohanlian,10 g Yuyangli,15 g Dangshen,15 g Maidong,5g Schisandra Fruit)in the treatment group.Traditional Chinese medicine is uniformly decocted in the decocting room of our hospital,decocted with water to 200 m L,one dose per day,and taken warm in the morning and evening.The control group was given Bisoprolol fumarate tablet,the initial dose was 2.5mg,once a day in the morning,and the dose was adjusted according to the actual condition of the patients.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram frequency of ventricular premature beats and Lown classification were recorded before and after treatment.All study data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Results(1)Lown classification of ventricular premature beats: After treatment,the Lown classification of ventricular premature beats in both groups was lower than that before treatment.The total effective rate of Lown classification in the treatment group was59.38%,while that in the control group was 53.33%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Number of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram ventricular premature beats: After treatment,24 h ventricular premature beats in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in 24 h ventricular premature beats was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of effective rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.25%,which was 60.00% higher than the control group(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndrome in2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total integral difference of TCM syndrome was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).In terms of effective rate,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 84.38%,which was higher than that in the control group(63.33%,P<0.05).In the comparison of individual points of TCM syndrome,the treatment group is better than the control group in improving palpitation,chest tightness,dry mouth,tongue and pulse,etc.(4)Safety evaluation: After four weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,Cr)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).ConclusionJiawei Erzhi Pills and Shengmai Powder in the treatment of patients with ventricular premature beats with deficiency of qi and yin can significantly reduce the number of24 h ventricular premature beats and Lown classification,significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce TCM syndrome scores,especially in palpitation,chest tightness,and dry mouth,Tongue and pulse,etc.,with high safety and low side effects.
