| ObjectiveThrough the research on the distribution characteristics of the three yin and three yang constitutions of AL,the characteristics of AL in the yin and yang constitution are clarified,so as to better understand its occurrence and development,better grasp its process,and have certain clinical significance in the prevention and treatment of AL.Summarize the distribution characteristics of yin and yang physique of patients with AL,obtain the common physique of AL,and use physique as a clue to explore the differentiation and treatment of AL from yin and yang,viscera,etc.,so as to broaden the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AL in order to delay the development of AL.Provide certain theoretical guidance to improve the quality of life of leukemia patients.MethodsThis study used the three-yin and three-yang body mass scale of Professor Zhao Jinxi and Dr.Gong Qing to conduct a questionnaire survey of AL patients who meet the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and collected general information such as gender,age,height,and cases.Data,physique assessment according to scale scoring method,establishment of relevant excel database,after repeated verification,SPSS25.0 software was used for data statistics,and it was concluded that P < 0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that there are differences between groups;P < 0.01 showed that there were significant differences between the groups.Results1.A total of 107 AL patients were included in this study,of which 57 were males and50 were females,with a male to female ratio of 1.14:1.The average age of male patients was 48.75±17.8 years,and the average age of female patients was 47.58±16.4 years.According to the three-yin and three-yang body mass scale,the physique type is determined.Among them,the constitution of Shaoyang accounts for 12.15%,including 6 cases of type A and 3 cases of type B,4 cases of type C.Taiyang constitution accounted for 8.41%,including 3 cases of type A,4 cases of type B,and 2 cases of type C.Yangming constitution accounted for 9.35%,including 4 cases of type A,2 cases of type B,and type C 4 cases.Jueyin constitution accounted for 19.63%,including 5 cases of type A,9 cases of type B,and 7 cases of type C.Shaoyin constitution accounted for 28.04%,including 17 cases of type A,9 cases of type B,and 4 cases of type C.Taiyin constitution accounted for 22.43%,including 11 cases of type A,6 cases of type B,and 7 cases of type C.The more common ones were Shaoyin A> Taiyin A> Jueyin B= Shaoyin B.70.09% of AL patients belonged to three-yin constitution,75 cases in total,three-yang constitution accounted for 29.91%,a total of 32 cases.76.64% of their physique type were deficiency syndrome,with a total of82 cases,the positive syndrome was 23.36%,a total of 25 cases.Taiyin physique was the most in the elderly group,accounting for 35.29%.In the non-elderly group(young and middle-aged),Shaoyin physique was the most,accounting for 31.51%.2.The emotional factors and cold symptoms of the six physiques were statistically different.Among the emotional factors,P=0.001<0.01,which was statistically significant and there are significant differences.Among them,Jueyin and Shaoyang constitutions were more common,and the rest were about half.The patients also had emotional disorders,a total of 67 cases,accounting for 62.62%.The P in three symptoms of cold symptoms including easy to catch a cold,runny nose,and P were 0.022,0.012,0.025,all <0.05,which was statistically significant.There were differences among the six physiques.Among them,susceptibility to colds and runny nose were concentrated in the three-yin constitution,and sore throat was most common in the Shaoyin constitution.There were no statistical differences in the sex,age,and risk stratification of the six constitutions(P>0.05).ConclusionThe three yin and three yang constitutions of AL patients were mostly Shaoyin,Taiyin,and Jueyin,accounting for 70.09%.The remaining Shaoyang,Taiyang,and Yangming accounted for 29.91%.The three-yin constitution was a susceptible constitution for AL,and the disease was mainly deficiency syndrome.Among the 18 subtypes,the most common physique type was Shao Yin A type which accounting for 15.89%,following by Tai Yin A type which accounted for 10.28%.The most common physique among the elderly was the Taiyin physique,and the most common physique among the young and middle-aged was the Shaoyin physique.Among AL patients,62.62% of patients had emotional disorders,which were prone to anger,sulking,or sadness,or both.52.34% of patients said they had poor energy.Lack of energy,and emotional disorders were more common in AL patients.Jueyin and Shaoyang physiques were mostly accompanied by emotional disorders,and it was also present in about half of the patients with other physiques.Shaoyin constitution cold was more prone to sore throat,Sanyin constitution was prone to get cold.In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,patients with AL should be in harmony with yin and yang,qi and blood,pay attention to the function of spleen and stomach transportation,supplemented by soothing the liver and root in nourishing the kidney.It could be diversified in syndrome differentiation,fusion of six Meridians and Wei Qi Ying Xue,both physical characteristics,to achieve personalization and improve accuracy. |
