Summary Of The Application Rules Of The Six Yang Meridians "Xing" Points And The Application Experience Of Instructors After The Founding Of New China

Objective:To systematize the literature on the six Yang meridian"Xing" points after the founding of New China,to explore the advantages of the six Yang meridian "Xing"points and the rules of acupuncture point combination,and to analyze the clinical experience of the instructors in using the six Yang meridian "Xing" points,so as to provide reference for the basic theory and clinical application of the six Yang meridian "Xing"points today.The study will provide reference for the basic theory and clinical application of the six Yang meridians.Methods:Using the period from October 1949 to December 2022 as the time point,we used China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data(WANFANG DATA),Wipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed and Web of Science as the search sources,screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and established The Microsoft Access database was used to screen the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the data were imported into the "Data Mining Software for Main Treatment and Compatibility of Five Influence Points V1.0(2022SR0024001)" developed by Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for association rules and cluster analysis,and word cloud maps were generated to analyze and identify the main points of the Six Yang meridians The data were used to determine the dominance of the Six Yang Meridians "Xing" points and the combination of acupuncture points,and to collect and organize typical clinical cases in which the instructor used the Six Yang Meridians "Xing"points.Results:The Hand Yang Ming Large Intestine Meridian Xing Point Erjian alliance treats 18 diseases and 76 acupoints,including 2 dominant diseases and 9 high-frequency acupoints,and the association rules show that it is closely related to Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Taichong,and the clustering analysis results show that 3 types of high-frequency acupoints were selected;the Foot Yang Ming Stomach Meridian Xing point Neiting alliance treats 88 diseases and 170 acupoints,including 24 dominant diseases and 9 high-frequency acupoints.The results of the association rules showed that the acupoints were closely associated with the Zusanli,Taichong and Neiguan,and the results of the cluster analysis showed that 2 types of high-frequency acupuncture point combinations were screened out;the Hand Sun and Small Intestine Meridian Xing Point Qiangu with 6 main diseases and 39 acupuncture points;the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian Xing Point Zutonggu with 8 main diseases and 42 acupuncture points,including 8 high-frequency acupuncture points;and the Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian Xing point yemen with 32 main diseases and 92 acupuncture points.The results of the association rules show that the points are closely associated with Zhongzhu,Waiguan and Hegu,and the results of the cluster analysis show that three types of high-frequency acupuncture point combinations were screened;the Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian Xing point Xiaxi has 34 main diseases and 125 acupuncture points,including 8 main diseases and 13 high-frequency acupuncture points,and the results of the association rules show that the acupuncture points are closely associated with Yanglingquan,The results of the association rules showed close association with Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Taichong,and the results of the cluster analysis showed that five types of high-frequency acupuncture point combinations were selected.Conclusion:Since the founding of New China,the six Yang meridian"Xing" points have been used to treat diseases of the meridian,epigastric meridians and related internal organs,including internal medicine,surgery,gynaecology,paediatrics and ophthalmology,etc.They are also used in conjunction with each other.In terms of acupuncture point pairings,they are often used in conjunction with this meridian,with the meridian of the same name and with the superficial and internal meridians,with more specific points.The instructor’s use of the six Yang meridian Xing points is unique and of great clinical value in the treatment of toothache,tinnitus,deafness,drop pillow and lumbar disc herniation.
