Summary Of The Application Rules Of "He-Sea Points" Of Six Yang Meridians After The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China And The Application Experience Of The Tutor

Objective:To systematically sort out the relevant literature on clinical application of"combined points" of Liuyang Meridian,analyze the modern dominant symptoms and compatibility rules of "combined points" of Liuyang meridian by using modern statistics and data mining technology,and summarize the clinical experience of mentors applying"combined points" of Liuyang Meridian,so as to provide reference for the basic theory and clinical application research of today’s "combined points" of Liuyang Meridian.Methods:Taking the founding of the People’s Republic of China as the time node,the SQL Server database was established by searching the related literature on indications of diseases and compatibility of acupoints in Yanglingquan acupoints,and the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the data were carried out by using the data mining software V1.0 for indications and compatibility of Wushou acupoints.At the same time,the typical clinical cases of the treatment of diseases by the teacher using the six Yang meridian "combined points" were collected.Results:After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the single acupoint of Quchi acupoint showed 5 kinds of dominant diseases,which were addiction rash,lumbago,hypertension,external humeral epicondylitis and erysipelas,and 8 kinds of compatible dominant diseases,which were addiction rash,sequelae of apoplexy,bi syndrome,wet sore,wind pruritus,external humeral epicondylitis,cervical spondylosis and hypertension.There were 132 compatible acupoints and 10 high frequency acupoints.The top 3 compatible acupoints were the large intestine meridian of hand yangming,the stomach meridian of foot Yangming and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin.Correlation analysis showed that Hegu,Zusanli and Taichong were the most correlated points.Cluster analysis screened out 3 combinations of high frequency compatible acupoints.The single acupoint of Tianjing point showed 1 dominant disease,which was neck stiffness,and 5 compatible dominant diseases,which were sequelae of apoplexy,apoplexy,intestinal ulcer,erysipelas and external epigondylitis of humerus.There were 58 compatible acupoints and 12 high-frequency acupoints.The first 3 compatible acupoints were large intestine meridian of hand Yangming,Sanjiao meridian of hand Shaoyang and stomach meridian of foot Yangming.Correlation analysis showed that Hegu,Chizze and Shou Sanli were the most relevant points.Three combinations of high frequency compatible points were selected by cluster analysis.The single acupoint of Xiaohai point has 1 kind of treating diseases,which is lumbago,and 2 kinds of compatible advantageous diseases,which are periarthritis of shoulder and stump pain,23 compatible acupoints,8 high frequency matching acupoints,the top 3 compatible acupoints are hand Yangming large intestine meridian,hand sun small intestine meridian and hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian.Correlation analysis shows that the correlation degree of compatible acupoints is highest in Xiaohai,Waiguan and Quchi.However,due to the limited amount of literature,Cluster analysis is temporarily unavailable;The single acupoint of Zusanli acupoint shows 6 kinds of dominant diseases,which are respectively puppan,cluster syndrome,stroke,abdominal pain,constipation and vomiting,and 10 kinds of dominant indications,which are respectively stroke,lumbar disc herniation,ankle joint contusion,bi syndrome,lumbago,sciatica,potence syndrome,hiccup,common fibular nerve paralysis and headache.249 acupoints and 17 high frequency acupoints are compatible.The top 3 compatible acupoints were the Foot Sun bladder meridian,foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and hand Yang Ming large intestine meridian.Correlation analysis showed that Quchi,Hegu and Huotiao were the most correlated points.Cluster analysis screened out 3 combinations of high frequency compatible acupoints.There are four primary symptoms of Yanglingquan acupoint,which are biliary colic,hypochondritis,periarthritis of shoulder and tendon injury,and 10 primary symptoms of Yanglingquan acupoint,which are bi syndrome,impotence syndrome,stroke,sciatica,sequela of stroke,snake sore,hypochondritis,periarthritis of shoulder,lumbago and lumbar disc herniation.There were 292 compatible acupoints,17 high frequency acupoints.The top 3 compatible acupoints were Zusanming stomach meridian,Zusanyang bladder Meridian and Zusaoyang gallbladder meridian.Correlation analysis showed that Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Hegu were the most relevant acupoints,and cluster analysis showed 3 effective cluster groups.The single acupoint of Weizhong point shows 2 kinds of dominant diseases,which are lumbago and kidney stone,and 2 kinds of compatible dominant diseases,which are lumbago and lumbar disc herniation,103 compatible acupoints,10 high-frequency acupoints,and the top 3 compatible acupoints are the foot Sun bladder meridian,foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and Du meridian.Correlation analysis shows that the highest degree of correlation among the compatible acupoints is Huan Tiao,Yangling Quan and Kunlun.Three high frequency compatible acupoint combinations were selected by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The "combined acupoints" of Liuyang Meridian not only have commonalities,but can be used in the treatment of internal medicine,surgery,orthopedics and other diseases,but also have particularities on the basis of commonalities because of the personality of the specific acupoints.It is mainly compatible with specific acupoints,and its attending scope is expanded through the compatibility of the five acupoints,the original acupoints and other acupoints.Its standard and effective,clinical effect is remarkable,for today’s clinical and scientific research to provide a new idea.
