Analysis Of Ultrasonic Observation Of Muscle And Bone In Treatment Of Knee Arthralgia Disease With Gubi Mixture

Purpose:The clinical effect of Gubi mixture on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney was observed by muscle-bone ultrasonic technique,so as to find an objective and effective method to evaluate the clinical effect.Method:64 Patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(Gubi mixture group)and control group(Etoricoxib Tablets group)for 4 weeks.The changes of knee joint synovium and joint cavity fluid before and after treatment were observed by musculoskeletal ultrasound,and the changes of pain,osteoarthritis index score and TCM syndrome score were compared.Results:1.There was significant difference between the two groups in the thickness of knee joint synovium and the depth of hydrops(P < 0.01).After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group(Gubi mixture group)was relatively better.2.Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in Vas pain score and Womac osteoarthritis index score between two groups(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in Vas Pain score between the two groups,and the improvement of the control group was better(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference in Womac score between the two groups,in the improvement of knee joint pain and stiffness,the effect of the control group was better than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the improvement of knee joint function after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),the improvement of the treatment group was relatively better(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score(P<0.01)and between groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was relatively better.3.After four weeks of treatment,the correlation analysis showed that:(1)there was no correlation between the thickness of synovium and Vas,Womac pain,stiffness,joint function and TCM syndrome after treatment(P>0.05),the results were not statistically significant.(2)there was positive correlation between hydrops and VAS score and Womac pain score after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no correlation between hydrops and WOMAC stiffness score,joint function score and TCM syndrome score after treatment(P>0.05),the results were not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Both Gubi mixture and Etoricoxib Tablets can improve the changes of synovium and effusion of knee joint in Patients with knee osteoarthritis and delay the Progress of KOA to some extent.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of synovium was not correlated with Vas,WOMAC pain score,stiffness score,joint function score and TCM syndrome score.There was a positive correlation between the improvement of hydrops and the changes of pain score and Womac pain score.There was no correlation between the improvement of effusion and the improvement of Womac’s joint stiffness,joint function and the integration of syndromes.3.During the treatment of knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy,the musculoskeletal ultrasonic examination was used to observe the changes of synovium and joint cavity effusion of patients before and after treatment,combined with the changes of patients‘physical signs and clinical symptoms,treatment can be evaluated effectively and objectively.It can be used as an imaging method to evaluate the clinical effect.
