| Objective: To establish a medical case database of well-known TCM experts in modern Yunnan to treat pediatric lung diseases,and to study the pediatric cough medical case by using data mining system.From the aspects of children’s special physiological and pathological characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis,combined with the unique geographical features of Kunming and the variety of climate types,this paper sums up the thinking of treating infantile cough by Yunnan’s famous experts in traditional Chinese medicine,condenses the academic experience thought,provides the clinical instruction for the future Chinese Medicine Treatment Child Pulmonary System Disease.Methods:(1)By using Microsoft office Excel 2010 and Ancient and modern medical records cloud platform V2.1,the data input → standard specification → establishment of medical records database is carried out,including Yunnan’s famous TCM medical records,documents and out-patient clinics that meet the diagnostic criteria for cough diseases will be available for consultation and prescription.(2)The related prescriptions of the most frequent cough diseases were screened out,and the frequency statistics,association analysis and complex network analysis were completed by using the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform V2.1 and using SPSS 20.0to complete the exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis of data.Results:(1)Through the statistics,this project included the related medical case works,network literature and prescription that can be checked and treated in outpatient department of 16 Yunnan famous TCM practitioners,including Xiong Lei,Wu Jiajun and Liu Limin,etc.There were a total of 1919 medical cases and 2460 prescriptions,involving acute bronchitis,bronchopneumonia,upper respiratory tract infection,recurrent respiratory tract infection,acute suppurative tonsillitis,bronchial asthma and whooping cough.(2)The most frequent disease was cough,with 1517 prescriptions.According to statistical analysis,the pediatric cough in Yunnan is mainly found in male children in the early school age(3-6 years old).Symptoms total 112 kinds,including cough,expectoration yellow sticky,nasal congestion,sleep is not real,nasal mucus for many.The pulse condition of the tongue is red tongue with thin yellow coating and slippery pulse.There are 9 syndrome types and treatment methods,most of which are phlegm,heat and cough syndrome.The treatment methods are mainly to clear heat and purge lung and Xuanzu lung qi.A total of181 drugs were used,among which 21 drugs with higher occurrence frequency(≥350times)included bitter almond,scutellaria baicalensis,ephedra,Pinellia pedunculata,radish seed,white mulberry bark,and Baibu,etc.In terms of drug selection,most of the drugs were bitter and cold drugs that went to the lung meridian,and the overall drug use was phlegm reducing,cough and asthma drugs.Conclusion: To sum up,when treating infantile cough,Yunnan famous TCM doctors do not stick to the past,but combine factors such as the special physiological and pathological characteristics of children,the development of modern disease spectrum,and the regional characteristics of Kunming,according to the evolution of the disease,early,middle and recovery period are recommended as a whole,and the disease factors are classified into syndrome types.The early stage includes wind-cold,wind-heat,external cold and internal heat,dryness and evil,the middle stage includes phlegm-heat,phlegm-dampness and liver-fire invading lung,and the convalescence includes yin-deficiency cough and qi-deficiency cough.In the early stage of treatment,method of eliminating wind and resolving table,combination of cold and warm,open and nourish;in the middle stage,the methods of clearing away Qi,calming Qi and dryness and dampness;in the convalescent stage,the methods of invigorating the Spleen and Qi,moistening the lung and Promoting Qi,astringent Lung Qi,activating blood and removing blood stasis,dispelling wind and eliminating phlegm are used. |
