| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self application of analgesic and diuretic powder on preventing postoperative urinary retention, improving voiding, abdominal discomfort and postoperative pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,so as to provide basis for clinical application.Methods:90 hospitalized patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. After operation, the experimental group was treated with self application of analgesic and diuretic powder acupoint application, and the control group was treated with starch placebo acupoint application. The acupoints(Guanyuan, bilateral bladder Shu and bilateral Sanyinjiao)and time(starting half an hour after operation, once a day,six hours each time, for three consecutive days)of the two groups were the same. The first voiding time, voiding score, abdominal symptom score, urinary retention rate and catheterization rate were observed in the two groups.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and adverse reactions were recorded SPSS25.0 statistical software analysis. Results:The postoperative voiding time, voiding score, abdominal symptom score, urinary retention rate, catheterization rate and pain visual analogue scale of the two groups were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion:Self made analgesic diuretic powder can shorten the first time of urination after operation, reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, reduce catheterization, improve voiding, relieve abdominal symptoms caused by dysuria, and relieve anal pain on the first day after operation.it is worthy of clinical application. |
