The Rule Of Medication For Oligozoospermia Based On Correlation Principle And Entropy Clustering

Objective: With the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)(V2.5)software,this paper summarized and analyzed the medication rules and experience of the male reproductive department of Male reproductive in the treatment of oligozoospermia,providing objectively theoretical support for clinical treatment of oligozoospermia.Method: In this study,the prescriptions and informations of oligozoospermia patients treated by 6 physicians with professional titles of deputy director or above in Male reproductive department from January 2017 to January 2021 were included.Through TCMISS software,the patients’ syndrome types,The symptoms of frequency,Frequency of drug use,Medicinal taste to meridian,and so on were analyzed.At the same time,the association rule and entropy clustering method were used to analyze the prescription rules of the recorded prescriptions to dig out the medication rules of the departments in the treatment of oligospermia.To analyze the composition rules of the recorded prescriptions and dig the department to treat oligospermia medication rule.Results: A total of 411 prescriptions for the treatment of oligospermia in Male reproductive department were included,and their medication rules were summarized as follows:1.For this disease,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(27.49%),kidney essence deficiency syndrome(19.46%)and dampness-heat syndrome(17.03%)were common.2.The most common symptoms of this disease are kidney deficiency,mainly including "soreness of waist","debilitation","Semen is thin","cold intolerance",followed by blood stasis symptoms group composed of "Testicular tingling","Varicocele";Qi and blood deficiency symptom group composed of "Sallow complexion","Palpitation","Shortness of breath";damp and heat symptom group composed of "Seminal fluid viscous","Scrotal moisture"," Heavy body trapped"," Bitter taste".3.Among the "four qi" properties of the drugs,warm(38.97%),flat(31.63%)and cold(23.06%)were the main properties.Among the five flavors,sweet taste(49.72%),spicy taste(21.78%),bitter taste(13.57%)and sour taste(10.73%)were the main ones.The main "meridians" were kidney meridians(28.85%),liver meridians(28.12%)and spleen meridians(13.20%).4.Commonly used drugs are as follows: Tonifying kidney essence drugs,which were used 1135 times,accounts for 22.09% of the total frequency of drugs;Tonifying kidney and yin drugs,which were used 934 times,accounts for 18.19% of the total frequency.Tonifying kidney and yang drugs,which were used for 841 times,accounts for 16.37%of the total frequency.Blood-circulation drugs,which were used for 542 times,accounts for 10.55% of the total frequency of drugs;Dampness drugs,which were used 292 times,accounts for 5.68% of the total frequency of drugs;Spleen-strengthening drugs,which were used 277 times,accounts for 5.39% of the total frequency;Qi-enhancing drugs,which were used 251 times,accounts for 4.89% of the total frequency;Antipyretic drugs,which were used for 178 times,accounts for 3.46% of the total frequency of drugs;Liver soothing drugs,which were used for 65 times,accounts for 1.27% of the total frequency of drugs.5.There are mainly 7 common drug combinations,which are as follows: Combined application of tonifying kidney Yang and tonifying kidney essence;Combined application of tonifying kidney Yin and tonifying kidney essence;Combined application of activating blood and tonifying kidney;Combined application of tonifying kidney and enhancing qi;Combined application of tonifying kidney and reducing dampness;Combined application of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen;Combined application of promoting blood circulation and enhancing qi,these principles are more common in prescriptions.6.There are 16 core drugs for oligozoospermia,which are as follows: Plantaginis Semen,Raspberry,Polygonatum sibiricum,Mulberry fruit,Achyranthes bidentata,Semen cuscutae,Epimedium,Astragali radix,Fructus lycii,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Curculigo orchioides,Salvia miltiorrhiza bge,Cornus officinalis,Morinda officinalis,Dioscorea opposita thunb and Rhizoma alismatis.7.The core drugs of common syndromes of oligozoospermia are as follows: kidn ey deficiency and blood stasis syndrome: Polygonatum sibiricum,Achyranthes bid entata,Mulberry fruit,Epimedium,Astragali radix,Fructus lycii,Semen cuscutae,Salvia miltiorrhiza bge;kidney essence deficiency syndrome: Semen cuscutae,R aspberry,Schisandra chinensis,Fructus lycii,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Cornus officinalis,Epimedium;dampness-heat syndrome: Gentianae radix,akebiaquinata,Angelica sinensis;Fructus lycii,gardenia,Plantaginis Semen,Bupleurum,Rhizom a alismatis,Licorice,Dried rehmannia root.8.Through software analysis,12 groups of core prescriptions for the treatment of oligospermia were obtained,including Semen cuscutae,Epimedium,Glycyrrhiza,Epimedium,Schisandra chinensis,Poria,Achyranthes bidentata,and 4 groups of candidate new prescriptions for the treatment of oligospermia were obtained,including Schisandra chinensis,Poria,Achyranthes bidentata,Moutan Cortex,Salvia miltiorrhiza bge,Ligusticum chuan xiong,rhizoma alismatis,Huang qi.conclusion: Through software statistical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Oligospermia medication in the "four qi" to warm,flat and cold;"Five Tastes" are mainly sweet,pungent,bitter and sour;"Guijing theory" are mainly kidney meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian.2.For drug classification,the more commonly used are: Tonifying kidney essence drugs,Tonifying kidney and yin drugs,Tonifying kidney and yang drugs,Blood-circulation drugs,Dampness drugs,Spleen-strengthening drugs,Qi-enhancing drugs,Antipyretic drugs,Liver soothing drugs.3.In terms of drug combinations,mainly include: Combined application of tonifying kidney Yang and tonifying kidney essence;Combined application of tonifying kidney Yin and tonifying kidney essence;Combined application of activating blood and tonifying kidney;Combined application of tonifying kidney and enhancing qi;Combined application of tonifying kidney and reducing dampness;Combined application of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen;Combined application of promoting blood circulation and enhancing qi,these principles are more common in prescriptions.4.For the treatment of oligospermia,there are lots of core drugs are more,mainly kidney-tonifying and semen-filling drugs.The representative medicine is "Wuzi Yanzong Pill",and it also uses kidney-yin,kidney-yang and blood-promoting drugs.5.The most common forms of oligozoospermia are kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney essence deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat syndrome.6.The treatment principle of oligospermia is to tonify the kidney,and to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and to clear the dampness and heat.
