| Objectives To compare the clinical effects of different last time of polyethylene glycol electrolyte(PEG)isosmotic solution for bowel preparation before colonoscopy and explore a more reasonable time of delivery of intestinal liquid.To provide a reasonable plan for colonoscopy for bowel preparation.Methods 1 188 patients with common colonoscopy in the Department of Gastroenterology,the Affiliated of Hospital North China University of Science and Technology were chosen,from October 2020 to January 2021.The subjects were randomly grouped to record time interval of the enteroscopy examination day takes the PEG to the enteroscopy examination,according to the enteroscopy appointment registration order table,according to the random number table method grouping,was divided into 3-4h groups(3-4h before enteroscopy)and 4-6h(4-6h before enteroscopy)and >6h groups(6h before enteroscopy).The patient was prepared to take orally 1L PEG,the night before the colonoscopy,On the day of the colonoscopy,Patients underwent colonoscopy in the morning took 2L PEG isosmotic solution again at 5:00 a.m,Patients underwent colonoscopy in the afternoon took 2L PEG solution again at 9:00 a.m.2 The basic data of the patients was collected.Items were recorded during the bowel preparation process,which included the appointment colonoscopy time of the subjects,the start time PEG the day before the colonoscopy,the start time PEG the day of the colonoscopy,the time of the last PEG after the oral administration,the time of the first defecation after the oral PEG,the time of the last defecation before the colonoscopy,the last defecation character before the colonoscopy,the number of common defecation,etc.During colonoscopy,the start time,Boston score,the time from the colonoscopy to ileocecal part,withdrawal time,whether to the ileocecal valve and the discovery of polyps were recorded.3 Finally,used SPSS 26.0 software to analyze all the data statistically.Before the data is carried out,all the measurement data were tested for normal distribution and homogeneity test of variance.The measurement data in accordance with normal distribution are expressed as "mean ±standard deviation " x±s,the comparison of mean between three groups is analyzed by single factor variance,and the multiple comparison is LSD.The percentage or composition ratio of counting data is calculated,the ratio between three groups or composition ratio is compared by chisquare test,and the Bonferroni method is used for pairwise comparison.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results 1 Three groups of intestinal cleaning effect comparison: between the three groups BBPS score total score,right half colon score comparison,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison between the three groups,4-6h group in the BBPS overall score were higher than 3-4h group,>6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),4-6h group in the right colon score were higher than3-4h group,>6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 The time from the colonoscopy to ileocecal part and withdrawal time,by comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 Three groups of patients of the adverse reaction of nausea vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,thirst,palpitation and fatigue by comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of hunger discomfort in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through two two comparsion of incidence of hunger discomfort in the three groups,results show: the incidence of hunger discomfort,group 3-4h < group 4-6h < group outnumber 6h.4 The effect of intestinal cleaning in three groups of patients with diarrhea was compared: total score of BBPS score and right half colon score between the three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison between the three groups found that the total score of >6h group was lower than that of 3-4h group,4-6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of right half colon >6h group was lower than that of 3-4h colon group and 4-6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of intestinal cleaning in three groups of patients with constipation was compared: there were significant differences in the scores of left colon,transverse colon,right colon and whole colon BBPS among the three groups(P<0.05),the pairwise comparison between the three groups found that compared with the total score of the left colon,transverse colon,right colon BBPS score,the scores of 4-6h group were higher than those of 3-4h group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the total score,right colon BBPS score,the scores of 4-6h group were higher than those of >6h group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of intestinal cleaning in three groups of patients with normal defecation was compared: between the three groups BBPS score total score,right half colon score comparison,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison between the three groups,4-6h group in the BBPS overall score were higher than 3-4h group,>6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),4-6h group in the right colon score were higher than 3-4h group,>6h group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Patients with total colonoscopy are take PEG 4-6h before examination,the intestinal cleaning effect was better,especially in the right half colon.2 Different people should arrange individualized medication timing.Diarrhea patients taking laxatives3-6h before enteroscopy can achieve better intestinal preparation and shorten intestinal preparation time to reduce the incidence of hunger discomfort.Patients with normal constipation and defecation 4-6h before colonoscopy PEG,intestinal
