The Research On Professor Jin Jingsong In Treating Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 Based On Data Mining

Research objective: Data mining technology was used to analyze professor Jin Jingsong’s outpatient medical records of stage 3-4chronic kidney disease,to explore the medication rule of the tutor in treating spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome,to summarize Professor Jin Jingsong’s medication rule and clinical experience,and to provide guidance for TCM treatment of the disease.Methods: Collected in January 2020 to December 2021 by professor Jin Jingsong’s accepts is 3-4 patients of chronic kidney disease,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome basis,screening to meet the requirements of this study were included in a total of 97 cases of patients with 213 clinical time,organize related information including the patient’s basic situation,syndrome and prescription drugs,normalize after entry.The software "Microsoft Office Excel ","IBM SPSS Statistics 26 " and "IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0" were used to analyze the frequency statistics,association rules and clustering rules of the case data.Results:1.A total of 97 patients were included in this study,including57 males and 40 females,with more males than females,and the male to female ratio was about 1.43:1.The age distribution ranged from23 to 84 years,with most patients aged 61-70 years,accounting for31.96%,with an average age of 57 years.Chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertensive renal damage were the main primary disease types,and renal anemia was the main complication.The main clinical manifestations of the patients are foamed urine,fatigue,dry mouth,poor sleep,increased nocturia,waist acidity,fear of cold,and chest tightness.The tongue is mainly light red,red and dark red,and the coating on the tongue is mainly white,white and greasy,thin and yellow,and the pulse is mainly stringy,fine,heavy and fine,and slippery.2.A total of 3446 Chinese medicines were included in 213 prescriptions.After frequency statistics,it was found that the drugs with high frequency of use were Poria cocos,Codonopsis,dried rehmannia root,tangerine peel,salvia miltiorrhiza,stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala with bran,Coix seed,Chinese yam,eucommia ulmoides,astragalus membranaceus,cornus officinalis,cortex moutan and red peony root,which were commonly used to supplement deficiency,clear heat,nourish water and permeate moisture,promote blood circulation and remove stasis,and regulate qi.The four qi and five tastes of the high-frequency drugs are mainly "warm,cold and flat","sweet,bitter and xin",and the channels of return are mainly distributed in the four channels of spleen,liver,lung and kidney.3.Through cluster analysis,it was concluded that the common medicines for Chinese yam-Cornus officinalis-Cortex moutan-dried rehmannia root,Codonopsis pilosula-Astragalus membranaceus,stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala with bran-Tangerine peel-Costustoot,Changzhu disinfectant-Cortex Phellodendri,Plantain Seed-Prunella vulgaris,Spina Date Seed-Fructus Gardeniae-Light bamboo leaves,Corn Stigma-Gorgon euryale seed,stir-fried White peony root-prepared glycyrrhiza,peach kernels-Carthamus tinctorius,Rhizoma Pinelliae preparatum-Scutellaria baicalensis;Association rule analysis of poria cocos,Chinese yam,cornus officinalis,dried rehmannia root and Poria cocos,stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala with bran and Codonopsis;Combined with the teacher’s teaching and traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,the core prescriptions were obtained:Codonopsis,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,Cortex moutan,rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese yam,Cornus officinalis,stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala with bran,tangerine peel,red peony root,Coix seed,Angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,eucommia ulmoides and Alisma orientalis.Conclusion: Professor Jin Jinsong believes that the overall pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is the deficiency of origin and the standard of solid.The treatment of spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome is mainly to strengthen the spleen and kidney,nourish qi and promote blood circulation.Through "qualitative,positioning and fixed point",the pathogenesis is grasped,the spleen and kidney are adjusted,and the dampness,heat,stasis and turbidity are emphasized,which reflects the academic thought of treating both the symptoms and root causes and taking into account the whole.
