| PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to systematically sort out and study the origin,diagnosis and treatment of the disease in the synopsis of the Golden Chamber through the arrangement and statistical analysis of the medical books of traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the historical origin and development of the disease and the law of diagnosis and treatment.The purpose of this study is to provide literature basis and data reference for the development of the theoretical system of calendar disease,in order to enlighten the theoretical research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease.MethodIn this paper,through literature research and statistical analysis of past dynasties ancient documents involved in the calendar section disease,summarized the related data,analysis and conclusion:1.Literature researchThis study uses the method of the combination of manual inspection and computer inspection,with reference to the General contents of Chinese Ancient Books of traditional Chinese Medicine,carries on the textual research of ancient books according to the dynastic history,and adopts the method of combining the disease history with the dynastic history,and adopts the method of literature trace.collate the relevant discussions of doctors’ medical works of past dynasties to explain the origin of disease.2.Statistical analysisSelection of famous recipe books,books,large ancient famous doctor works and large prescription to treat calendar section in the revised recipe,to the selected prescriptions and drugs involved.By use of Excel in drug use frequency,function category,such as sexual flavour to the frequency analysis;Frequency analysis using SPSS Statistics25.0 software involving drugs,and clustering analysis to high-frequency medicines;Using IBM SPSS Modeler software in analyzing association rules Apriori to drugs,medication and drawn.Results Literature research:In this paper,according to the periodic history,the origin of the calendar quarter his disease research is divided into five period of history research and discussion,Summed up the pre-qin period for calendar section formed the basic theory of disease and glycyrrhizae,poria cocos,atractylodes,dried tangerine or orange peel）C5:（Aconite root,dried ginger）C6:（Notopterygium,gastrodia,angelica,radix gentianae macrophyllae,windproof,angelicae pubescentis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,ephedra asarum）C7:（Coix seed,cortex periplocae,radix aucklandiae,radix rehmanniae,papaya,twotooth achyranthes root,eucommia bark,Bi Xie,orange）6.Association rules,according to the results of associated support of 15%or more two and three associated medicine to respectively : licorice-Poria cocos;wind-Live alone;frankincense-myrrh;wine-myrrh;angelica-Ligusticum chuanxiong-licorice.Conclusion1.The first calendar quarter from synopsis disease of disease,and put forward the corresponding treating agent,the
