As an important carrier of TCM inheritance, ancient TCM books contain rich knowledge of disease diagnosis and treatment, and have important scientific research and clinical value. In recent years, the rapid development of digital humanities has promoted the process of digitization of ancient books and the development of ontology, knowledge map, data mining and other related theories and technologies. As an important part of ancient Chinese books, the knowledge organization, knowledge mining and knowledge visualization of TCM books have gained new enlightenment.Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases of Typhoid Fever written by medical sage Zhang Zhongjing includes two parts: Treatise on Febrile Cold and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is known as "the Ancient of classical prescriptions",which has a profound influence on the research on the treatment of TCM diseases and syndromes by different branches. However,at present, the digitization research on Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases of Typhoid Fever is mainly focused on Treatise on Cold Diseases, while the related research on Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is rarely seen.Facing the demand of knowledge acquisition in TCM learning and clinical practice,it is necessary to construct and apply the knowledge graph of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. In this study, literature analysis was first used to analyze the research status of digitization of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine from ontology construction, knowledge map and knowledge mining,to explore the existing experience and deficiencies, and to determine the research innovation points of this paper.Secondly, taking Synopsis of the Golden Chamber as the research object, this paper constructed the domain ontology of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber with reference to the seven-step method, and deeply comb the intricate provisions of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber through the classification method to reveal the tacit knowledge, and then constructed the knowledge graph of the book based on the entity acquisition, knowledge processing and knowledge storage. On this basis, the results of knowledge map construction were analyzed. In the case study on the application of the knowledge graph of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, taking postpartum abdominal pain as an example, this paper firstly obtained the knowledge on treatment of postpartum abdominal pain in trans-era TCM books through text entity information acquisition, medicinal material performance information acquisition and data storage, and then explored the treatment rule of postpartum abdominal pain by using data mining methods such as frequency analysis, association rule analysis and diachronic statistical analysis. Finally, the visual knowledge system of postpartum abdominal pain treatment based on syndrome differentiation was formed by integrating the treatment rules with the knowledge map of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. In the whole research process, considering the professionalism of TCM knowledge, the expert consultation method was adopted throughout the whole process to proofread the domain ontology and entity information,so as to ensure the accuracy and availability of knowledge. In this study,a logical data set of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber containing 6node tables and 8 relational tables was constructed. On this basis,a knowledge map of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber containing 1283 entities and 7710 triplexes was formed, which realized the visualization of the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM books.Through the analysis of the logical data set,it could be found that Synopsis of the Golden Chamber attaches importance to the description of various symptoms, which is better than the application of the compatibility of medicinal materials, details the theoretical analysis of prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation, and focuses on the elaboration of different symptom groups to distinguish the different syndromes of the same disease. In the process of disease differentiation, the original version pays attention to the identification of different diseases by symptoms and signs. The pulse is used to infer the pathogenesis; In the process of retrieval and application of knowledge map,the corresponding chain of syndrome differentiation and treatment is generated respectively by taking disease syndrome, disease pulse and prescription as the starting point, and its availability is verified. In addition, this paper constructed a library of 233 prescriptions for postpartum abdominal pain.Through data mining on the treatment knowledge of postpartum abdominal pain,47 commonly used prescriptions for postpartum abdominal pain were selected.Through analysis,it was found that the treatment of postpartum abdominal pain was mainly based on Xin warm dispersing cold and blood circulation, sweet warm tonifying and removing blood stasis, bitter cold clearing heat and cooling liver, supplemented by hemostasis, relieving surface and other methods, which inherits and innovates the theory of treatment in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Based on the results of data mining, the specific syndromes corresponding to prescriptions were determined according to the principle of prescriptions corresponding to prescriptions.By integrating the treatment rules of postpartum abdominal pain with the established knowledge graph of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the visualization of the treatment knowledge of postpartum abdominal pain was realized, which reflected the application value of the knowledge graph of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber in the integration process of fragmented knowledge of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.
