Corporate culture is an important part of an enterprise’s core competitiveness and an important guarantee for its healthy development.Private hospitals have played a key role in improving the national medical system and improving the quality of medical care for the local people.In recent years,with the rapid development of private hospitals in my country,the issue of corporate culture construction in private hospitals has also attracted more and more attention from academic circles and the industry.TH Hospital is the first Class II Class A private general hospital in western Yunnan.As the hospital continues to grow,the lagging problem of its corporate culture has increasingly highlighted the negative impact on the development of the hospital.The hospital urgently needs to adjust its orientation and improve its corporate culture,In order to promote the long-term development of the hospital.This article takes TH Hospital as the case study object,and uses research methods such as case analysis,in-depth interviews,and literature research on the basis of corporate culture related theories to systematically analyze TH Hospital’s corporate culture construction issues.The research firstly summarizes the current situation of TH Hospital’s corporate culture construction from four levels of spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture,and deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the hospital’s corporate culture construction,and finally introduces the CIS system into the hospital enterprise.Cultural construction and proposed optimization plan.The study found that the corporate culture construction of TH Hospital has achieved certain results in general,but there are still some problems,which are mainly reflected in the spiritual and cultural level.The employees have insufficient understanding of the hospital’s corporate culture concept,low sense of belonging and lack of cultural heritage.And innovation;at the institutional and cultural level,the medical service system is updated slowly and the salary and welfare system is not perfect;at the behavioral cultural level,the system implementation is insufficient,and the medical service capacity is not high;at the material level,the identification system is imperfect,the infrastructure is outdated,and the high-end There is a serious shortage of medical equipment and insufficient promotion of hospital branding.The main reasons for the above problems include insufficient attention from the leadership and insufficient capital investment;the lack of executive management capabilities and the lack of effective cultural construction;lack of full-time talents for corporate culture construction,and loopholes in the supervision and inspection links.To improve the construction of corporate culture,the hospital should optimize the target principle,introduce the CIS system,improve the hospital concept identification design,standardize the hospital behavior identification,and formulate the hospital’s visual identification content.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the organizational guarantee,material guarantee,system guarantee and talent guarantee of corporate culture construction,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization plan of corporate culture construction.The research results of this article can not only provide specific implementation suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the corporate culture construction of TH Hospital,but also provide a certain reference and reference for the corporate culture construction of other private hospitals,and strive to explore feasible theories and theories for the corporate culture construction of private hospitals.Practice path.
