Objective:1.Exploring the influence and distribution characteristics of moxibustion on the Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion Units(MBPU)at the five-shu points of the stomach meridian in different populations;2.Exploring the stomach of volunteers with epigastric pain at different times in terms of the body surface temperature of the five-shu points and MBPU The specificity and regularity of the five-shu points provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of the five-shu points of the stomach meridian.Method: 1.Include 20 healthy volunteers and 20 patients with epigastric pain, and observe the distribution characteristics of MBPU at the five Shu points of the stomach meridian in the two groups of people in their natural state.2.Moxibustion at Zusanli point in20 healthy volunteers and 20 patients with epigastric pain, respectively, observe the changes of MBPU at the five points of the stomach meridian before and after moxibustion.3.Respectively for 20 patients with epigastric pain at chenshi(7:00-9:00am when the stomach meridian is opened),sishi(9:00-11:00am when the spleen is opened),and shenshi(15:00-17:00pm When the bladder meridian opens)under three time periods, infrared thermal imager and laser speckle blood flow imager are used to observe and record the five Shu points of the stomach meridian in the natural state, namely Jing(Lidui,ST 45),Ying(Neiting,ST44),Shu(Xiangu,ST 43),Jing(Jiexi,ST 41)and He(Zusanli,ST 36)five points on the body surface temperature and MBPU,compare the five Shu points of the stomach meridian body surface temperature and the MBPU value change characteristics and rules, mutual corroboration five The mechanism of acupoint transfer.Result: 1.Under natural conditions, the MBPU of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian of healthy volunteers showed a regular upward trend along the flow sequence of well,Ying,Shu,meridian, and combined, while the MBPU of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian in patients with epigastric pain The distribution has no obvious regularity, and the MBPU of the five points of the stomach meridian in patients with epigastric pain is lower than that of healthy volunteers, and the difference is not statistically significant.2.Compared with before moxibustion,MBPU increased significantly after moxibustion at Jing points in patients with epigastric pain(P<0.05),and MBPU increased significantly in healthy volunteers and patients with epigastric pain after moxibustion at joint points(P<0.05)In addition, the MBPU of Jing and He points in patients with gastric pain increased more significantly after moxibustion than in healthy volunteers. There was no significant difference between the three groups of Ying,Shu and Jing before and after moxibustion.3.Comparison of the body surface temperature of the five-shu points of the stomach meridian at different times in patients with epigastric pain due to cold of the spleen and stomach(chenshi: T1=7:30am,T2=8:00am,T3=8:30am,T4=9:00am;sishi: T1=9:30am,T2=10:00am,T3=10:30am,T4=11: 00am;shenshi: T1=15:30pm,T2=16:00pm,T3=16:30pm,T4=17:00pm)1)At chenshi, the body surface temperature of the three points of Weijingjing,Ying, and Shu showed a gradual decrease trend between T1-T3,and the meridian and combined points showed a gradual decrease trend between T1-T4.The body surface temperature of the three points of Weijingjing,Ying, and Shu in Sishi was significantly higher than that at T4 at T1(P<0.05);in Shenshi, the temperature of T1 at the acupoints of the stomach meridian was significantly higher than T4(P<0.05).Acupoints and Shu acupoints were significantly larger than T4 at T1(P<0.05).2)At the time of the hour, the body surface temperature of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian showed a gradual decrease along the sequence of Jing,Ying,Shu,Jing, and He.Among them, the body surface temperature of the well,Ying, and Shu points of T1 was significantly higher than that of the He point(P<0.05),and the body surface temperatures of the well,Ying,Shu,and Jing points of T2 and T4 were significantly higher than that of the He point(P<0.05).).The body surface temperature of T1-T4 gastric meridian well,Ying,Shu and Meridian points gradually rises along the order of the blood flow in the five-shu acupoints, and the body surface temperature of T2 and T3 meridian points is significantly higher than that of wells.(P<0.05),the body surface temperature of T4’s Shu and Meridian acupoints is significantly higher than that of Jing’s(P<0.05);the body surface temperature of T1 and T4’s meridian acupoints in Shenshi is significantly higher than that of Jing’s(P<0.05),T2,The body surface temperature of T3’s Shu and Meridian points was significantly higher than that of Jing’s point(P<0.05).3)At T1,the body surface temperature of the three points of Weijingjing,Ying, and Shu showed a gradual decrease between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi, and the Chenshi was significantly greater than that of Shenshi(P<0.05);the acupoints of the stomach meridian and hehe The body surface temperature of the acupoints decreased first and then increased between Chenshi,Sishi, and Shenshi. The body surface temperature of the meridian acupoints Chenshi was significantly higher than that of Sishi(P<0.05),and the body surface temperature of the acupoint Shenshi was significantly higher than that of Sishi(P<0.05)..At T2 and T3,the body surface temperature of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian decreased first and then increased between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi. At T2,the body surface temperature of the four points of the stomach meridian Jing,Ying,Shu and Jing was obvious at Chenshi.Greater than Sishi(P<0.05),the body surface temperature of Weijingjing points at T3 is significantly higher than Sishi at Chenshi(P<0.05);at T4,the body surface temperature of Wushu points on the stomach meridian is first between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi After the decrease, the body surface temperature at the three points of the stomach meridian well,Ying, and Shu was significantly higher than that at the Si time(P<0.05).4.Comparison of MBPU of Five Shu Points of Stomach Meridian at Different Time in Patients with Gastric Pain of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach1)At Chenshi, the changes of MBPU at the five points of the stomach meridian between T1-T4 were not obvious.Except for the Jing point, the MBPU at T1 of Ying,Shu,Jing, and He was less than that of T4,and the difference was not statistically significant. In Sishi and Shenshi, the body surface temperature of Wushu points in the stomach meridian and MBPU showed a downward trend between T1-T4,and remained basically the same. The MBPU at Sishijing point was significantly higher at T1 than at T4(P<0.05).2)At chenshi, there is no obvious regularity in the changes of MBPU at the Wushu points of the stomach meridian of T1-T4.In Sishi and Shenshi, the MBPU of T1-T4 gastric meridian and five Shu points along the well,Ying,Shu,Jing, and He showed an overall trend of decreasing first and then rising;among them,at Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi,T1-The MBPU of T4 stomach meridian Jing points was significantly larger than that of Ying,Shu,Jing and He four points(P<0.05).3)At T1,the MBPU of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian has no obvious change between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi, and the difference is meaningless. At T2 and T3,the MBPU and body surface temperature of the five Shu points of the stomach meridian showed a consistent pattern between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi, all of which first decreased and then increased.Among them, the MBPU of Weijingjing points at T2 was significantly greater than that of Sishi(P<0.05),and the MBPU of Weijingying and Meridian points at T3 was significantly greater than that of Sishi(P<0.05).At T4,the MBPU of the stomach meridian Jing points decreased first and then increased between Chen Shi,Si Shi and Shen Shi,and the MBPU of Jing acupoint Chen Shi was greater than that of Si Shi(P<0.05);The four-point MBPU showed a gradual downward trend between Chenshi,Sishi and Shenshi, and the MBPU at the three points of stomach meridian Ying,Shu and Jing in Chenshi was significantly larger than that in Shenshi(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.In a pathological state, the acupoints’ response to moxibustion stimulation is stronger than that of the physiological state, and the moxibustion effect produced is also better than that of the physiological state.2.At different times, there is a basic flow rate for the infusion of Qi and blood in the stomach meridian. When the stomach meridian is opened, the infusion of qi and blood is intensified. At this time, the flow of qi and blood at the five points of the stomach meridian is stronger than that of the non-prescription.3.At different times, epigastric pain will affect the flow of qi and blood at the five points of the stomach meridian, resulting in changes in body surface temperature and MBPU.Among them, the impact on Zusanli is greater than the other four points. When the stomach meridian is opened, the influence of epigastric pain on the five points of the stomach meridian is greater than when it is not opened. |
