Study On The Participation Of Villagers’ Autonomous Organizations In Public Health Risk Prevention And Control In Qingshuihe County

Villager self-government organization is the main form of democratic self-government in China.It has the advantages of autonomy,flexibility and localization.Its birth is closely related to the actual needs of farmers,but also in line with the reality of rural development,so it can greatly improve the efficiency of rural governance.But it is worth noting that in the process of practical application,there are inevitably some shortcomings,such as information transmission distortion.This will lead to the villagers’ autonomous organizations can not play a full role,especially in the prevention of rural public health risks.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on Villagers’ autonomous organizations and rural public health risk management and control,analyze various causes of the problem,and put forward the best countermeasures to improve the effect of rural public health risk prevention and control,which has become the focus of this thesis.This thesis selects Qingshuihe County,Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research site,through the analysis of the current situation,problems and reasons of villagers’ autonomous organizations participating in public health risk prevention and control in Qingshuihe County,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for villagers’ autonomous organizations participating in public health risk prevention and control: first,the system level,affirms the important position of villagers’ autonomous organizations in public health risk prevention and control To clarify their work contents and responsibilities,and promote the villagers’ autonomous organizations to actively participate in public health risk prevention and control.In the new rural construction and public health risk prevention and control,financial support should be increased,and villagers’ autonomous organizations should guide private capital to participate in public health risk prevention and control.To build an efficient public health governance system,attach importance to the application of early warning mechanism,and make full use of network means to ensure that the villagers’ autonomous organizations play a role in the prevention and control of public health risks;second,on the level of consciousness,the villagers’ autonomous organizations should build a sound publicity and education system,actively participate in the construction of rural risk prevention and control system,and ensure the orderly development of rural public health prevention and control work.
