| Objetive: By using self-made nourishing decoction combined with Elos to treat facial hormone-dependent dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness,observe the clinical efficacy and safety,and preliminarily summarize the curative effect of this treatment on various aspects of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type Index,simply discuss its mechanism of action,aiming to provide a new idea and clinical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease with safer,more effective and faster means of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Sixty-four patients were selected and met the inclusion criteria of this trial.According to the random requirements,they were divided into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases.The treatment group was given oral self-made Yangfu Decoction and E-light was used to locally treat the lesions.At the same time,the control group was given oral treatment with ebastine tablets only under the action of E light.The test process requires the patient to have a follow-up visit once a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses,before treatment,treatment 4th week,treatment 8th week,respectively,record the patient’s first course after the end of the second course of treatment After the end of the clinical situation,and use SPSS21 software to statistically analyze the relevant data,and finally determine the clinical efficacy.Results: The study finally completed the observation of 61 subjects,30 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.(1)After statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender composition,course of disease,and basic conditions of each condition before treatment.They were comparable;(2)In the treatment group,the clinical scores have been improved in the first course of treatment.After the course of treatment,the curative effect is clear;the control group has improved clinical scores in the first course of treatment except for telangiectasia.After the course of treatment,all clinical scores have improved clearly;(3)After a course of treatment,except for itching and telangiectasia,The clinical scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group;after two courses of treatment,except for itching and telangiectasia,the clinical scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group;(4)10 cases of the treatment group were cured and 12 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%;in the control group,8 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was87.10%.After the rank sum test,P=0.027<0.05,The treatment group has better efficacy.(5)There was no significant difference in skin water content between the two groups before treatment;after one course of treatment,both groups could improve skin water content.Compared with the control group,P=0.476>0.05 in the treatment group,the curative effect of the two groups was equivalent;after the treatment course,the two groups improved the skin The curative effect of water content is clear,The treatment group is better than the control group.(6)The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was relatively low.Conclusion:(1)Both groups can improve FHDD of blood deficiency and wind dryness better;(2)Except for itching and telangiectasia,the improvement of the clinical scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;(3)In one course of treatment,both groups can improve skin moisture content,the effects of the two groups are equivalent.After two courses of treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group;(4)Self-made Yangfu Decoction combined with E-light in the treatment of FHDD(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)has clear curative effect and few adverse reactions.It is worthy of further discussion for promotion. |
