Clinical Study Of Qingzhi Lixue Decoction In The Regulation Of Apolipoprotein Ai And Apolipoprotein B In Hypercholesterolemia(phlegm And Blood Stasis Type)

Objectives:To explore the effect of Qingzhi Lixue Decoction on apolipoprotein B(apo B)and apolipoprotein AI(apo AI)in patients with hypercholesterolemia(phlegm and blood stasis type).In order to evaluate the intervention effect of Qingzhi Lixue Decoction on apo AI and apo B of hypercholesterolemia(phlegm and blood stasis type),further study the influence of Qingzhi Lixue Decoction on TCM syndrome score of patients with hyperlipidemia,and evaluate the safety of Qingzhi Lixue decoction.Methods:In this study,62 inpatients and outpatients in the first Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and the patients with syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis were selected.Finally,62 patients were included.After signing the consent form,the subjects were divided into experimental group(Qingzhi Lixue decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets)and control group(atorvastatin calcium tablets alone).The follow-up time was 6 weeks.The changes of apo AI,apo B,maximum thickness of carotid artery intima-media,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and TCM syndrome score before and after drug intervention were compared.The patients were followed up by telephone every week to record adverse reactions and evaluate the safety of Qingzhi Lixue decoction.Result:A total of 62 patients with hypercholesterolemia(phlegm and blood stasis type)were included in this study.Qingzhi Lixue decoction can significantly improve the levels of serum apo AI and apo B in patients with hypercholesterolemia.(1)After six weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of apo B,LDL-C and TC in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower,while apo AI,HDL-C was significantly higher(all P < 0.05).(2)The levels of apo AI,apo B,LDL-C,HDL-C and TC in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P< 0.05).(3)Before and after treatment,the maximum carotid intima-media thickness of the two groups had no significant change,and the difference was not statistically significant(all P > 0.05).(4)In terms of TCM symptoms,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(all P < 0.05),but the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(5)During the treatment,no serious adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusions:Compared with atorvastatin calcium tablets alone,Qingzhi Lixue decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets can significantly regulate the levels of apo AI and apo B in patients with hypercholesterolemia(phlegm and blood stasis type),significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,and reduce the TCM syndrome score.In addition,Qingzhi Lixue decoction has good drug safety and no serious adverse reactions.
