Clinical Study Of Dachengqi Decoction Enema In The Treatment Of Incomplete Malignant Intestinal Obstruction Of Heat Toxin And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Dachengqi Decoction enema in the treatment of incomplete MBO of heat toxin and blood stasis type.Methods:A simple randomized,controlled study was conducted,and 60 patients who met the criteria were included in the matched and therapy groups,respectively,every group has 30 cases.The matched group was given MBO conventional treatment and lactulose enema,and the therapy group was given MBO conventional treatment and Dachengqi Decoction enema.SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the differences in the comprehensive efficacy,TCM symptom score,KPS score,quality of life,abdominal X-ray,and safety between the two groups after treatment.Results:1.The therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment,the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms and the therapeutic effect of abdominal X-ray were slightly better than those of the matched group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.2.The effect of the therapy group was better than that of the matched group in improving abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting and promoting accelerating exhaust and defecation,with statistical difference(P<0.05);in terms of abdominal distension,there was no statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in nausea and vomiting scores before and after treatment in the matched group(P>0.05),and the scores in abdominal pain,abdominal distension,exhaust and defecation were decreased(P<0.01);the scores of TCM symptoms and total scores were decreased after treatment in the therapy group,with significant differences(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the KPS score of the matched group increased slightly,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the KPS of the therapy group increased(P<0.05);the treatment was superior to the matched group in improving the quality of life,P<0.05,and the difference had statistical significance.5.During the study,no adverse reactions related to this study were observed in the patients,and no diarrhea,aggravated abdominal pain,tenesmus,electrolyte imbalance or other conditions occurred,indicating that Dachengqi Decoction enema is safe in the treatment of MBO of heat toxin and blood stasis type.Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction enema is effective and safe in the treatment of incomplete heat MBO.It can improve abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,and promote patients’ exhaust and defecation.
