The Study Of Effect To Intestine Function And IL-6 Of Peritonitis Postoperation Treated By Retention Enema With Dachengqi Decoction

Objective:This study aims at investigating the effect of Retention Enema with Dachengqi Decoction for peritonitis postoperation in intestine function recovery and Serum Interleukin—6(IL-6)Levels,providing the theoretic basis for clinical application,and also seeking a good curative,safe and reliable therapy for peritonitis postoperation in intestine function recovery.Method:Literature research reviews the cognition of Chinese medicine and modern medicine in acute diffuse peritonitis,pathogenesis of peritonitis postoperation in intestine function disorder,research progresses of Dachengqi Decoction in recent 5 years and the serum IL-6.In the clinical study,patients in peritonitis,according to diagnosis standard,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group and control group.Serum Interleukin(IL-6)was mensurated before operation.After operation,patients were all treated by normal therapy. Six hours postoperation,patients of experimental group began to be given retention enema with Dachengqi Decoction,once a day,until the intestine function was normal.During the treatment,we made the experimental group contrast with control group in intestine function recovery time and IL-6.Results:1,Clinical study shows that the beginning time and nomal time of bowel sound, the first time of anus exhaust and defecation was earlier than control group (p＜0.05).2,There wasn't difference in the serum IL-6 level after operation between the experimental group and the control group(P＞0.05).The serum IL-6 of experimental group was different from that of control group in the 2nd day,3rd day,5th day,7th day of postoperation(P＜0.05).There was significant difference in the drop rate of serum IL-6 in the 2nd day,the 3rd day, and the 7th day of postoperation between tow groups(P＜0.05).There wash' t significant difference in thedrop rate of serum IL-6 in the 5th day of postoperation between tow groups(P＞0.05).From the second day after operation,the descending velocity of serum IL-6 in experimental group was faster than that of control group.(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1,The effect to intestine function recovery of peritonitis postoperation, treated by retention enema with Dachengqi Decoction,is significant.2,Retention enema with Dachengqi Decoction can mitigate the inflammation reaction of peritonitis postoperation by lowering the IL-6.
