| ObjectiveThis paper studies the characteristics of the use of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of prescriptions of the case of treating hypochondrium pain in the Collection of Medical Cases of Qing Palace and explore the academic experience of imperial medicine in the Qing Dynasty in treating hypochondrium pain.I hope it will help clinicians treat hypochondrium pain better and understand the academic thought of imperial medicine in the Qing Dynasty well.Method:This study analyzes 531 prescriptions of the case of treating hypochondrium pain after the data specification using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform and concluded relevant conclusions such as frequency of Herb use,four-gas analysis,five flavor analysis,menstruation analysis,Herb use pattern,Herb use rule analysis,Herb network display,cluster analysis.Besides,We used literature analysis to analyze the high-frequency Herbs,closely related Herb combinations and cluster combinations,and discussed the characteristics of the use of prescription Herbs in imperial medicine in the Qing Dynasty,summarizing the external medicine and medicine’s tea in the case of treating hypochondrium pain in the Collection of Medical Cases of Qing Palace and the characteristics of the use of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of prescriptions of the case of treating hypochondrium pain in the Qinggong Medical Case Integration.Result:1.After statisticing the frequency of 531 prescriptions’ Herbs of hypochondrium pain,we concluded that Xiangfu is used most frequently,the second is Qingpi,Zhike,Danggui and Baishao.The conclusion of statistics of the frequency of 270 prescriptions Herbs of main hypochondrium pain as same as the previous research.However,the result of the frequency of the261 prescriptions’ Herbs of the minor hypochondrium pain is that Danggui is used most frequently and the second is Baishao,Chenpi,Xiangfu,Zhike.2.After statisticing the efficacy frequency of 531 prescriptions’ Herbs of hypochondrium pain,we concluded that the Herbs regulate the flow of qi is used most frequently,the second is tonic.The conclusion of statistics of the efficacy frequency of 270 prescriptions’ Herbs of main hypochondrium pain as same as the previous research.However,the result of the efficacy frequency of the 261 prescriptions’ Herbs of the minor hypochondrium pain is that tonic is used most frequently and the second is the Herbs regulate the flow of qi.3.When studying the four properties of Herbs,five kinds of flavor and meridian tropism characteristics of Herbs in three different prescriptions of hypochondrium pain,this paper concludes that the four properties of Herbs and five kinds of flavor of Herbs contained in three prescriptions are the same.The frequency of four properties of Herbs from high to low is warm,cold,flat,cool and hot.The proportion of warm,cold and flat drugs is the highest and the frequency of five kinds of flavor from high to low is Bitter,bitter,sweet,sour,salty.The proportion of Bitter,bitter,sweet is the highest.In three different prescriptions of hypochondrium pain,The first four frequency of meridian tropism of Herbs are: spleen,gastric,lung,liver.It can be seen that imperial doctors used more traditional Chinese medicine with meridian tropism in spleen and gastric in treating hypochondrium pain.4.The combination of the high-frequency drug combinations in the primary prescription and the high-frequency drug combinations in the secondary prescription of hypochondrium pain is basically the same as the high-frequency drug combinations in the whole prescription.In addition,ginger and liquorice were excluded from many prescriptions in the the Collection of Medical Cases of Qing Palace,which were often combined as a combination of medicinal properties.Divine Comedy,Hawthorn and Malt are often used in prescription as "Jiao Sanxian" drug group,and they are frequently used in patients with or without hypochondrium pain,which leads to good confidence of the combination of these drugs.In this study,we found that among all the high-frequency drugs in the treatment of fleckaches,the drug combinations with high confidence degree were: "Chuanxiong,Danggui","Huanglian,Qingpi","Baishao,Danggui".5.The "number of clusters" was set to 4,and 270 hypochymal pain prescriptions were divided into 4 categories.In the first category,there were 122 similar prescriptions with the core combination mainly containing Xiangfu,Qingpi,Danggui,Zhiqiao,Gancao and Chenpi.In the second category,there were 53 similar prescriptions mainly containing Gancao Danggui,Xiangfu,Baishao,Sharen and Zhiqiao.In the third category,there were 46 similar prescriptions mainly containing Qingpi,Juhong,Zhiqiao,Baishao,Xiangfu,and Yanhusuo.In the fourth category,there were 49 similar prescriptions mainly containing Gancao,Danggui,Shangzha,Chenpi,Qingpi,and Xiangfu.The "number of clusters" was set to 5,and 261 prescriptions for flange-related pain were divided into 5 categories.The drug composition of the core combination was obtained.In the first category,74 prescriptions were similar prescriptions mainly containing Gancao,Baishao,Chenpi,Danggui,Baizhu,Fuling.In the second category,there were 74 similar prescriptions mainly containing Gancao,Baishao,Xiangfu,Qingpi,Zhiqiao,Shanzha.The third category contained Gancao,Chenpi,Shengjiang,Banxia,Houpu and Zhiqiao,there were 60 similar prescriptions;In the fourth category,there were 22 similar prescriptions mainly containing Zhishi,Sangbaipi,Dahuang,Huangqin,Huanglian and Danggui.In the fifth category,there were 31 similar prescriptions mainly containing Mudanpi,Gancao,Danggui,Zhizi,Dihuang and Baishao.6.In the Qing Dynasty,the imperial doctors treated flank pain based on syndrome differentiation.Even severe drugs were used as long as the conditions were consistent.The imperial medicine has distinct levels of medication,closely related to the pathogenesis,is good at treating flank pain by regulating the spleen and stomach,and pays attention to external treatment to speed up the recovery of flank pain.7.External treatment for flank pain is very common in the Collection of Medical Cases of Qing Palace.Among the 55 patients with flank pain,9 people used external treatment.The treatment with topical and Tong iron comes in two forms.The auxiliary materials commonly used in this method include bran,salt and vinegar,etc.,which are often heated by stir-frying and steaming,etc.It is a commonly used method for the treatment of hypochoric pain in the palace,with definite curative effect.8.Among the 55 people suffering from hypochondriac pain in the Collection of Medical Cases of Qing Palace,3 people used tea substitute for treatment.In the treatment of hypochondriac pain,the physician used tea as a substitute,mainly for post-illness conditioning. |
