Research On The Medication Law Of Modern Doctors In Treating Dysmenorrhea Medical Cases Based On Data Mining

Objective This topic collects the clinical medical records of modern doctors treating dysmenorrhea from1840 to 1949,carries out data mining on the medical cases with the help of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)",and summarizes the characteristics of common drugs,four Qi and five flavors and prescriptions,in order to contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of dysmenorrhea.MethodsThrough the Library of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian Provincial Library,Chinese Medical Code and other platforms,a total of 63 modern doctors(practicing medicine from 1840 to 1949),50 books,172 medical cases of dysmenorrhea,207 prescriptions and 254 medicines were finally selected to meet the inclusion criteria.The original database was established by Excel,and the data were standardized and sorted,and the "frequency statistics" in the prescription analysis system of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" was used "Prescription law","four Qi","five flavors","Meridian","efficacy" and "cluster analysis" analyze the medication law of modern doctors in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,and summarize the medication law of clinical guiding significance in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Results1.Frequency analysis of single drug: Angelica sinensis is the most frequently used drug,followed by Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Cyperi,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rhizoma Corydalis,licorice,Cortex Moutan,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dipsacus,etc.The top four drugs with the highest frequency of use are tonifying deficiency drugs,regulating qi drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs and clearing heat drugs from high to low.2.Analysis on the effect of four Qi and five flavors on meridian tropism: warm drugs are used the most frequently,followed by cold drugs,flat drugs,hot drugs and cool drugs.Bitter drugs are used most frequently,followed by pungent drugs,sweet drugs,sour drugs and salty drugs.Liver meridian drugs were used most frequently,followed by spleen meridian drugs,heart meridian drugs,kidney meridian drugs,lung meridian drugs and stomach meridian drugs.The top four drugs with the highest frequency of use are tonifying deficiency drugs,regulating qi drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs and clearing heat drugs from high to low.3.Analysis of formula formation law: When the support is set to 20% and the confidence is0.6,it is found that the common drug combinations from high to low are "white peony,Chuanxiong→Angelica","Chuanxiong→Angelica" and "white peony,Cyperus Rhizoma→Angelica".4.Class square analysis: Select the number of clusters as 3,and a total of 3 core combinations are obtained.Combination 1 is "Angelica sinensis,white peony,Cyperus,Rhizoma Corydalis and black medicine",combination 2 is "Angelica sinensis,white peony,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperus and Rhizoma Corydalis",and combination 3 is "Angelica sinensis,white peony,licorice,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Cyperus".Conclusions1.According to the data mining results,it can be inferred that the main pathogenesis of modern dysmenorrhea is the loss of nourishment of the uterus caused by weakness of Qi and blood,and the blockage of the uterus caused by blood stasis caused by poor Qi and blood.2.The treatment method is to nourish blood and Qi,pass Qi and blood,and relieve pain in a timely manner.3.The overall medication is mainly liver meridian and supporting spleen.
