| Objective: The deviation of nasal septum in patients with chronic dacryocystitis of heart spleen damp heat type was analyzed based on CT dacryocystography,so as to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the pathogenic factors of chronic dacryocystitis and formulating treatment plan. Methods: A total of 190 patients diagnosed with chronic dacryocystitis of heart and spleen damp-heat type were collected,a total of 199 diseased eyes were collected, and their general conditions were statistically analyzed, such as the patient’s age, gender, eye type, and residential area;CT was performed Lacrimal duct angiography, complete imaging of the nasolacrimal duct, and observe the deviation of the nasal septum(unbiased, deviated to the healthy side, deviated to the affected side)in the CT image, and measure the top of the patient’s affected and unaffected lacrimal sacs on the multi-planar reconstructed image. The vertical distance from the bottom to the nasal septum.SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between the data.Result:1.There are significantly more female patients than male patients, with a male to female ratio of 1/8.50.2.The age of the patients ranges from 23 to 84 years old, with an average age of54.32 ± 13.15 years and a median age of 55.50 years.Among them, the number of patients in the 40-60 age group is the largest, accounting for 47.9%;there is no difference in age between male and female patients statistically significant(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of male and female patients in each age group(P>0.05).3.Among the 190 patients,95.3% had monocular disease, and only 4.7% had both eyes diseased at the same time;there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of diseased eyes between male and female patients(P>0.05).4.Among the 190 patients,82 patients live in urban areas for a long time, accounting for 43.2%,and the remaining 108 patients live in rural areas for a long time, accounting for 56.8%;there is no statistically significant difference in the distribution of male and female patients in living areas.5.Among the collected 190 patients,74.2% were patients with deviated nasal septum and 25.8% were patients with non deviated nasal septum; There were 141cases(142 eyes)with nasal septum deviation,of which 80.3% were nasal septum deviation to the affected side, and only 19.7% were nasal septum deviation to the healthy side.6.There was significant difference in the deviation of nasal septum in different age groups(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the deviation of nasal septum to the healthy side or the affected side in different age groups(P > 0.05).7.There was no statistically significant difference in the deviation of the nasal septum and the direction of the nasal septum in different genders, different living areas, and the direction of the nasal septum(P>0.05).8.The vertical distance from the top of the affected side of the lacrimal sac to the nasal septum in 199 eyes of the diseased eyes was significantly lower than that of the contralateral lacrimal sac to the nasal septum, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertical distance from the bottom of the affected side of the lacrimal sac to the nasal septum was also statistically lower than tthat of the contralateral lacrimal sac to the nasal septum, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.There was no significant difference in the vertical distance from the top and bottom of the affected side of the lacrimal sac to the nasal septum in patients of different genders(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the vertical distance from the top and bottom of the contralateral lacrimal sac to the nasal septum in patients of different genders(P>0.05).10.There was no significant difference in the vertical distance from the top and bottom of the affected side of the lacrimal sac to the nasal septum in patients of different age groups(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference in the vertical distance from the top and bottom of the contralateral lacrimal sac to the nasal septum in patients of all ages(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Chronic dacryocystitis of heart and spleen damp-heat type mainly affects middle-aged women.2.Compared with the prevalence of single eye and binocular chronic dacryocystitis of heart and spleen damp-heat type, the prevalence of single eye is obviously higher.3.The prevalence of chronic dacryocystitis patients with heart and spleen damp-heat type living in rural areas for a long time is higher than that of living in cities and towns for a long time.4.Chronic dacryocystitis of the heart and spleen damp-heat type is often accompanied by nasal septum deviation, and the nasal septum is often deviated to the affected side.5.In patients with chronic dacryocystitis of heart and spleen damp-heat type, the vertical distance from the top and bottom of the affected side of the lacrimal sac to the nasal septum is significantly lower than that of the healthy side, and the small side is more likely to have chronic dacryocystitis. |
