Objective: This article takes patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis)as the research object.The treatment method chooses Chaihu Shugan San and Taohong Siwu Decoction plus flavor.By comparing the changes of the curative effect index before and after the treatment,the treatment method is deeply explored.The feasibility and safety of clinical use make this method have sufficient theoretical basis to support it in clinical use.Methods: The case data collection time for this study started in 2018.12 and ended in 2019.12.Data from 60 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient and cardiology inpatient department of our hospital.Randomized grouping was divided into two groups,one group was used for observation and treatment,and the other group was used for parallel result control,30 people in each group,treatment for 4 weeks.Among them,the observation group used Chaihu Shugan San combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and conventional Western medicine treatment.In order to control the experimental variables,the control group only received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the relevant efficacy indicators and safety were recorded once at the beginning and end of the treatment cycle.index.Finally,the tool of analyzing the experimental data is a software which is named SPSS 25.0.Results:(1)In terms of improving angina pectoris,the control group demonstrated the effectiveness of its treatment with a total effective rate of 76.67%.On this basis,the total effective rate of the observation group was still 23.33% higher than that of the control group,indicating that the observation group was better Treatment effect(P<0.05).(2)In terms of TCM syndromes,the control group demonstrated the effectiveness of its treatment method with a total effective rate of 66.33%.The observation group outperformed the control group by up to 20% in this respect,indicating that the observation group has a better therapeutic effect(P <0.05).(3)The improvement of blood pressure,blood sugar and coagulation function in the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05).(4)Both the two groups can reduce blood lipid levels,and the observation group is better than the control group in reducing TC and TG(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with stable angina(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),the addition of Chaihu Shugan San and Taohong Siwu Decoction can not only lower their TC and TG levels,but also significantly improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine and angina pectoris.It is safe to use in clinical,and can be further studied and promoted in clinical use.
