| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and safety of fire acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting in the treatment of pruritus tuberosa,in order to provide a treatment method with definite efficacy, low recurrence rate and less adverse reactions. Methods:The 66 subjects included in the study were divided into the treatment group with fire needle combined with acupoint bloodletting as the intervention method and the control group with halomethasone cream as the intervention method.Randomized control was used, with 33 cases in each group. In the treatment group, acupoints selected by fire acupuncture were Ashi point(the highest central site of local nodular lesions),acupoints selected by bloodletting were Ashi point(near the edge of local lesions),SP10 and BL40,treated once a week for 4 weeks. In the control group, halometasone cream was applied to skin lesions, once a day in the first week, once every other day in the second week, and then the interval days were increased by one day every week.In the fourth week, halometasone cream was stopped for a total of 4 weeks.Follow-up study was performed at the end of treatment.Symptom and sign scores, quality of life scores, recurrence and safety issues were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in baseline, skin lesions symptoms and signs, individual scores and skin disease quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.After treatment, symptoms and signs, individual scores and skin disease quality of life scores in both groups decreased compared with before, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical differences(P < 0.05).3.The effective rate was 93.94% in the treatment group and 78.79% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups on the 30 th and 60 th day after treatment(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups on the 90 th day(P < 0.05).5.No major adverse events occurred in the two groups during and after treatment.Occasionally, patients in the treatment group complained of intraoperative pain, and the pain was relieved after quiet rest, without affecting the progress of treatment.Conclusion:1.In improving the clinical symptoms of patients, such as reducing the number of nodules, improving the thickness of skin lesions, reducing the diameter of nodules, reducing the degree of pruritus, improving the quality of life and alleviating conscious symptoms, fire acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy and external halometasone cream can have curative effect, and the former is better than the latter.2.Compared with external halomethasone cream, fire acupuncture combined with acupoint blood-letting therapy in the treatment of pruritus nodosum has lower recurrence rate, and has long-term stability of efficacy, which is better than halomethasone cream.3.The clinical application of fire acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy in the treatment of pruritus nodularis has good safety, definite efficacy and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of being promoted. |
