The Research On The Clinical Effectcy Of Fire Filiform Needle Combined With Bloodletting Therapy For The Treatment Of Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis For Excessive Heat Disease Of Lung And Stomach

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of fire filiform needle combined with bloodletting therapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of facial Seborrheic Dermatitis for excessive heat disease of lung and stomach.Methods:By the method of random single blind contrast experiment, the patients who can be put into the standard of 70 cases of facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,35 cases in each group. Set up fire filiform needle combined with bloodletting therapy for the treatment group, interval 2 days to treat 1 time. Drugs for external use (Budsonide cream) as the contrast group,2 times/day.Two treatment cycles are a total of 2 weeks. Follow-up 4 weeks after treatment. Outcome for the treatment group and contrast group was detected,the symptoms score.completed before treatment,treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment respectively recorded;And records before and after treatment the patients quality of life rating scale.using relevant scale evaluation comparison, expectation through comparing the curative effect,symptom and life quality improvement, etc, which discuss fire filiform needle combined with bloodletting therapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.Results:1.The experimental group and control group, in comparison with the baseline of a relatively balanced distribution, comparable.2.Intra-group comparison:Total score of symptoms、every symptom scores and dermatology life quality evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment,and total score of symptoms of the beginning and the 4th weeks after the end of treatment, have a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).3. Inter-group comparison:’(1)Total score of symptoms after treatment and the 4th weeks after the end of treatment no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).(2) every symptom scores after treatment have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Abaot the rash, patch area and itching,the treatment group is better than the control group. In terms of scales and erosions exudative,the control group is better than the treatment group.(3) At the 4th weeks after the end of treatment, in addition to rash symptom scores between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05),symptoms remaining were statistically differences(P<0.05).Abaot patches and itching,the treatment group is better than the control group.In terms of scales and erosions exudative,the control group is better than the treatment group.(4) Dermatology life quality evaluation of the two groups after treatment,have a statistically significant difference (P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.(5)After treatment, the total efficiency was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). (6) The 4 th weeks after the end of treatment,the relapse rate evaluate was statistically evaluate differences(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(7) The safety and compliance of both groups were all good, with no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The above fire filiform needle combined with bloodletting therapy to treat facial seborrheic for excessive heat disease of Lung and Stomach,dermatitis curative effect, with conventional western medicine treatment the overall efficacy of quite.2.Fire filiform needle combined with bloodletting therapy to treat facial seborrheic dermatitis is a safe and effective non-drug treatment.
