Objective:To observe the clinical effect and infrared heat map characteristics of acupuncture on Ganshu points,Pishu points and "Wuzhi Points" in patients with insomnia of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency, explore the application value of infrared heat map in the evaluation of insomnia effect, and provide reference for clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:64 patients who met the test criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each with 32.On the basis of oral administration of Xiaoyao pills, the test group was given acupuncture on the Ganshu points,Pishu points and "Wuzhi points"(Pohu,Shentang,Hunmen,Yishe,Zhishi),and the control group received conventional acupuncture. All were treated for 4 weeks.Statistical analysis of PSQI scores,TCM symptom scores,SDS scores,SAS scores, infrared heat value of each area of the face and the front of trunk.Results:1.The baseline comparisons of age, gender, disease course,PSQI scores,TCM syndrome scores,SDS scores,SAS scores, temperature of each area of facial and trunk front between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group was 90.32% and86.67%,and the curative effect is equivalent(P>0.05).3.The improvement rates of TCM syndrome scores:90.32% in the experimental group, which is better than 83.33% in the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment, the total score of PSQI and the score of each part.were decreased(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups was that the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of improving sleep quality and falling asleep time(P<0.05).The remaining scores and total score were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.After treatment, the comparison within and between the two groups about SDS scores and SAS scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Infrared thermal image analysis:Comparison within group:after treatment,△T Eyes,△T Forehead,△T Right flank of the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05).△T Noes and △T Gastric cavity of the experimental group were rised, while the △T Left flank was decreased(P<0.05).△T Right cheek,△T Upper abdomen of the control group were rised(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:the decrease of △T Forehead,△T Eyes, and △T Right flank of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Before and after treatment,PSQI and TCM syndrome scores were positively correlated with changes in △T Eyes,△T Forehead,△T Right flank(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of oral Xiaoyao Pills, acupuncture at Ganshu points,Pishu points and "Wuzhi Points" and conventional acupuncture are both effective in treating insomnia with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency, and the effects are equivalent.2.Acupuncture at the Ganshu points,Pishu points and "Wuzhi points" is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving TCM syndromes and anxiety and depression.3.Acupuncture at Ganshu points,Pishu points and "Wuzhi points" is better than conventional acupuncture in correcting the deviation of temperature of forehead, eye, and right flank in patients with insomnia of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency, and the change trend of heat map is positively correlated with the change of curative effect.4.Infrared heat map can provide reference basis and application value for the observation of the curative effect of insomnia.
