Objective:1.By means of exegetical method and double evidence method,this paper studies and interprets the complicated diseases,acupuncture sites and quantities involved in Laoguanshan Han Bamboo Slips Ci Shu,to provide reference for the future study of Ci Shu or acupuncture prescriptions in the Qin and Han dynasties.2.By compiling acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions from The Qin and Han Dynasties to the Republic of China,comparative analysis was used to study the spread characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,prescription structure,development and evolution of acupuncture and moxibustion parts,acupuncture and moxibustion methods,and stimulation quantity,providing reference for the study of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions.Methods:1.Achieving the textual data of Ci Shu,using exegetical method and double evidence method to analyze and explain the names of difficult diseases,acupuncture sites and quantities involved in Ci Shu.2.Using bibliography knowledge to determine the bibliography to be collected,using electronic retrieval and manual retrieval methods to collect and complie acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions of relevant literature in past dynasties.On this basis,the overall situation of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions in the past dynasties was summarized,the circulation characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were sorted out,and the evolution characteristics of prescription structure,acupuncture and moxibustion position,acupuncture and moxibustion method,stimulation amount and other contents were analyzed.Results:1.The names of 41 diseases and 27 acupuncture sites in the number of prickles were examined and explained.2.The contents of acupuncture prescription in medical books of Qin and Han period,Jin and Tang period,Song Dynasty,Jin and Yuan period,Ming dynasty,Qing Dynasty and the Republican period were compiled.Conclusions:1.In Ci Shu,the basic structural framework of acupuncture prescription was constructed,the principles of local acupoints selection and distal acupoints selection were put forward,and the matching methods of acupoints on the left and right side,meridian acupoints of the same name and upper and lower acupoints were determined.2.The structural evolution of acupuncture prescriptions in the past dynasties is a process of gradually improving and stabilizing by adding and subtracting changes in diseases,acupoints and acupuncture moxibustion methods.3.The development of acupuncture and moxibustion sites in the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion has experienced a change from diversity to unity and standardization.4.Moxibustion was prevalent in the Jin and Tang dynasties,The Song dynasty and the Ming and Qing Dynasties,while stabbing moxibustion was prevalent in the Qin and Han Dynasties,the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the Republic of China and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.5.The change of stimulus quantity was mainly reflected in the change of needle retention time and moxibustion wick number.The needle retention time showed a change from short to long,and the moxibustion wick number showed a change from large to small.
