Objective The aim of this study was to retrospectively analysis the predictive value of GRACE,PARIS risk score and PRECISE-DAPT score for major adverse cardiac events and bleeding events after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 547 ACS patients were selected, finally we choose 505 patients. The relevant data of patients at admission were collected, and calculated GRACE scores、 PARIS risk scores for ischemia and bleeding and PRECISE-DAPT scores.A binary Logistic multivariate regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of major adverse cardiac events in ACS patients after PCI.ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of GRACE,PARIS ischemia and bleeding risk score and PRECISE-DAPT score for MACE after PCI in patients with ACS,and the predictive value of PARIS bleeding score and PRECISE-DAPT score for bleeding events after PCI in patients with ACS.Results 505 ACS patients were followed up for 12 months.MACE events occurred in78 patients(15.45%)and bleeding events occurred in 23 patients(4.55%).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age [odds ratio(OR value)=1.068,P<0.05] and systolic blood pressure(OR=0.981,P<0.05)] were independent factors affecting the occurrence of MACE after PCI.ROC curve evaluation analysis showed that both GRACE and PARIS risk score had the value of predicting the occurrence of MACE after PCI(P<0.05),but the area under ROC curve for GRACE risk score to predict the occurrence of MACE was larger(0.745),and when GRACE score≤109,It is more accurate to exclude MACE events.PRECISE-DAPT score is more useful in predicting bleeding events after PCI than PARIS bleeding score. Conclusions Both GRACE and PARIS risk score had predictive value of MACE after PCI in ACS patients, and GRACE risk score had higher predictive value.PRECISE-DAPT score is more valuable than PARIS bleeding score in predicting bleeding events after PCI.
