In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet + education,online learning has set off a boom in the world.The emergence of moocs has effectively expanded the teaching space and promoted the transformation of teaching modes and methods.Today,dancesport has been open to the public,but the teaching teachers’ level is uneven,teaching resources are limited,limited by time and region and other problems affect learners’ acquisition of knowledge.The emergence of dancesport mooc expands the teaching resources and is an extension of traditional teaching.This study conducted an in-depth study on the waltz basic course MOOC produced by Beijing sport university.Based on my certain auxiliary work experience as the teaching assistant of this course,it was convenient for data collection and provided a certain guarantee for the research.The seven elements of the teaching course and national fine-designed longed for evaluation system analysis course construction and teaching design,emphasis on sports lesson for the particularity of strong practicality,multidimensional students learning effect and satisfaction,highlight the personalized teaching at the same time improve the course of comprehensive utilization rate of experience and curriculum,sports dance lesson for the future construction to provide certain reference.Based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,bloom’s classification of educational objectives theory and procedural teaching theory,this study carried out two rounds of teaching action research based on the analysis of curriculum construction.Through the first round of MOOC teaching for 330 online course candidates,the analysis of the viewing amount of background video resources and the distribution of learning results,and the relevant questionnaires and interviews to observe the learning effect and satisfaction of learners,reflect on the deficiencies and put forward improvement measures.Based on the deficiencies of the courses in the first round of research,in the second round of action research,45 students of dancesport community were adopted to conduct teaching practice in the hybrid teaching mode,which was mainly optimized for the low single activity of teaching mode,so as to improve the construction of MOOCs and integrate online learning with traditional teaching.The study came to the following conclusions:1.Waltz foundation course for teaching resources,reasonable design,diversification of learning centered on the learners meet the personalized needs conform to the requirements of the high-quality goods for the ministry of education course construction,to enhance the learners’ independent learning ability,collaborative inquiry learning ability people added online learning experience,won the recognition of most of the learners.2.Based on the Under the background of "Internet + Education",this study creates online learning situations for learners.In the first round of action research,online teaching is implemented through three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,highlighting the autonomy and interactivity of mooc learning and promoting the transformation of teaching status,Higher requirements are put forward for teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability.3.After the reflection of the first round of action research,the teaching mode,curriculum evaluation,interactive discussion and other aspects were optimized respectively.In the second round of action research,a hybrid teaching model was constructed,which not only significantly improved students’ learning efficiency and course quality,but also significantly increased students’ interest in learning and the number of students participating in interaction.4.After two rounds of action research,found that the second round of the students in the study hybrid teaching mode pays attention to the particularity of sports courses,more suitable for use in practical strong sports dance teaching practice,longed for class learning as an extension of the auxiliary teaching tool to speed up the learners’ mastery of motor skills,for the rich sports dance teaching mode provides a new way of thinking.5.Mooc learning cannot replace traditional teaching,and the online learning model is more difficult,which is more suitable for the assistance and extension of traditional teaching.The two complement each other to build a teaching model suitable for Dance sports MOOC.
