The Realization Mechanism Of Political Propaganda Function Of Rural Amateur Literature And Art Team

In recent years,rural amateur literary and artistic teams formed spontaneously and voluntarily by farmers have become active again in rural areas.Although rural amateur literary and artistic teams are self-organized for rural entertainment,they have to some extent assumed the political propaganda functions possessed by official literary and artistic groups.Based on the investigation of Liula Village in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi,taking relevant archival,literature,history materials and previous relevant research into consideration,this thesis takes the rural amateur literary and artistic team as the breakthrough point,and further explores the relationship between the amateur literary and artistic team as a rural self-organization and the local government by studying the realization mechanism of the political propaganda function of the rural amateur literary and artistic team.The main body of this article includes three parts.The first part describes the local government’s assistance to the development of rural amateur literature and art teams through the strategies of resource assistance,stage provision,guidance and control,while using them to assist part of the government’s work.The second part explains that the rural amateur literature and art team exerts its subjective advantages and seeks its own development with the help of government and folk resources.The last part discusses the political propaganda effect of the rural amateur literature and art team in the countryside under the benign interaction between the government and the rural amateur literature and art team.The study found that the internal mechanism of the rural amateur literary and artistic teams that can become active in the countryside and produce political propaganda effect mainly includes the following three points:first,the local government supports the development of the rural amateur literary and artistic teams through the way of "resource assistance-space transfer-overall control" and makes the rural amateur literary and artistic teams use for their own purposes;The second is that while the rural amateur literary and art teams seek their own development by means of resource integration and absorption,they make up for the inherent defects of government departments by arranging literary and art programs that are popular with villagers and reflect the national line,principles,policies and socialist mainstream values.Third,under the benign interaction between the government and the rural amateur literary and artistic teams,the rural amateur literary and artistic teams not only meet the needs of the government and the public well,but also play the political propaganda function possessed by the official literary and artistic groups.According to this,this article believes that the rural self-organization and the local government are mutually beneficial and complementary cooperative relations.In the cooperative relationship between the two sides,the government occupies a dominant position with absolute power and resource advantages,and the village self-organization also shows some autonomy in the cooperation,instead of passively participating in the cooperation with the government.
