| Since 2002,the state has put forward a series of opinions and suggestions on how to implement the education protection,and launched the project of “protecting China’s excellent traditional culture”,stipulating that September is the “inheritance month”.It is also clear that since the school has carried out relevant educational inheritance activities in accordance with the provisions of the State Council,non-genetic inheritance has received much attention from the society.It is not only a transmission of national culture,but also a spiritual food that guides us towards a better tomorrow.Based on the talent training mode of a Z-school and local intangible cultural heritage,the author explores the training model of the inheritance of innovative cultural talents in the secondary school Z school based on the practice of talent cultivation for many years,and updates the curriculum structure of the inheritance and innovation of non-legacy culture.In order to provide suggestions for the cultivation of talents in the field of secondary vocational education in China.The characteristic specialty of secondary vocational schools is to develop and develop digital resources of cultural heritage that adapt to the communication mode of the new era,and realize the sustainable development of non-legacy culture.Taking the Yang Opera art class opened by a Z secondary vocational school as an example,the case analysis method is mainly used to analyze the results,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of five parts:The first chapter introduces the research background,core concepts and literature review of this paper.According to the main content of this research,it puts forward relevant research ideas and research methods and the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is based on the theory of tacit knowledge,modern apprenticeship theory,and project curriculum theory.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the art class of a Z-class Yang opera in a secondary vocational school.It mainly introduces the artistic characteristics of the Yang opera and the information of the Yang opera art class of a middle school Z school ten years ago and the Yang opera art class ten years later.The materials provided a deep understanding of the professional courses and cultural classes of the Yang Opera Art Class.The fourth chapter starts from the talent training mode of China’s secondary vocational education,and raises questions and analyzes the status quo of the non-legacy talent training mode of a Z-school.The fifth chapter gives its own insights and suggestions,and finally the full text of the future. |
