Research On Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Cultural construction is an important task to promote the cultural soft power by developing public cultural service and cultural industry,promoting the residents’ cultural accomplishment and moral level.How to promote the cultural construction in the grass-roots areas has become an important task in the domestic cultural construction at present.With the development of economy,society and culture,the strength of social capital is increasing.In order to obtain certain social benefits and economic benefits to meet their own survival,social capital needs to start to pay attention to and put into the grass-roots cultural construction.Within Yunnan Province,by Yunnan Province Xinhua Bookstore Group led and government organizations at all levels supported,Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore project officially landed in April 2017.This project has become an important practice in Yunnan Province in recent years,in which the representative social capital has been invested in the cultural construction of the grass-roots areas.In some areas,Yunshang Nostalgia bookstore has achieved good social and economic benefits.Social capital,as an important research object,has been paid attention to and studied by various disciplines.In the past definition,social capital is defined as social relations network,a kind of resource social capital or a kind of social norm.Based on the studies of Pierre Bourdieu,James Coleman,Robert D.Putnamt,Lin Nan,a Chinese-American professor at Duke University,believes that social capital,as an investment in social relations that is expected to be rewarded in the market,can be defined as resources acquired and/or mobilized in the social fabric of purposeful actions,when he observes social structure of the Western world and China,.Such a definition has had a profound impact on the future research and practice of China.Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore project is a new practice of Yunnan Province’s social capital investment in grass-roots regional cultural construction.At present,Lin Nan’s research about social capital,which are more in line with China’s actual conditions,can explain the investment behavior of social capital.So,Based on the definition of social capital in Linnan,taking the case of the cloud-based homesickness academy,this paper mainly includes the practical significance of social capital investment in the cultural construction of grass-roots areas;It will also analyze the reasons for the implementation of the Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore project itself,the status quo of operation,the investment of social capital,and the relationship between the existing cultural facilities in the grass-roots areas.No matter of the practice of social capital invested in the cultural construction of grass-roots areas or Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore project itself are new things,it is still worth paying more attention and research.
