With the popularity of Chinese learning in Korea, the demand for Chinese teachers is increasing year by year especially in Korean primary and middle schools. The author as a Chinese volunteer teacher taught Chinese at the Korean Food Specialist High School from February 2019 to January 2020.There are two reasons for author to research on non-preset event in Chinese class for Korean Chinese volunteer teachers. At First, most of Chinese volunteer teachers as new teachers can’t deal with non-preset events effectively in Chinese class.Chinese volunteer teachers are lacking of teaching experience,so they don’t have appropriate teaching methods and strategies to cope with non-preset event events.Secondly,to improve teaching efficiency for Chinese volunteers in Korea and provide first-line teaching experience references for international Chinese volunteer teachers, which is necessary to investigate the actual Chinese teaching situation in Korean. The author interviews 30 Chinese volunteers teachers in South Korean to collect and analyze the study cases about non-preset events in Korean Chinese class. At present,Chinese class is an optional course to learn second language in Korea,so most of schools define Chinese class as an interest class and students lacks of motivation to learn Chinese. In addition, with the cooperative Chinese teaching between Chinese volunteer teachers and local Korean Chinese teachers,it is easier to occur a series of non-preset events in Chinese class, especially about classroom management, classroom teaching, and classroom culture. So,it is essential to help other volunteer teachers to learn more about the current status of Korean Chinese teaching and do some psychological construction by investigating these teaching cases. At the end of the thesis, the author also provides relevant strategies and suggestions for Chinese volunteer teachers to deal with non-preset events effectively.Firstly,Chinese volunteer teachers are required to strengthen theoretical and strategies learning for response non-preset events and strengthen the reserve of "universalmethods." In addition, they need to adjust to their teaching attitudes and work hard to improve the ability of Chinese teaching. At last,it is necessary for Chinese volunteer teachers training institutions and schools to write Korean language learning and cultural manuals, establish a network of non-preset event case libraries and improve Chinese volunteer teachers allocation mechanism.
