| With its unique geographical space and cultural and educational advantages,rural schools undertake the important mission of cultivating rural teenagers’ cultural identity and cultural self-confidence,and promote rural culture to achieve self-improvement and transcendence while maintaining its vigorous vitality.Therefore,it has become a heritage of rural society and culture.Responsible subject.However,with the advancement of modernization,the difference in cultural influence between urban and rural areas has become more and more obvious.The village more represents the concept of region and economy,and the village in the cultural sense has become fragmented.Rural education follows the pace of urban education,which will also exclude the endogenous driving force that may truly promote the development of rural education.Therefore,rural schools also need to explore their own development paths in the process of implementing new educational concepts and development models.Rural schools are the main front for the transmission of rural public culture,not only providing places for the realization of rural education,but also the spiritual support of rural cultural values.As far as the construction of rural culture is concerned,rural schools have made more beneficial explorations in the process of exploring their own cultural values.At present,the rural school campus environment has been permeated with a strong rural cultural atmosphere,and the teaching practice has also incorporated practical activities focusing on traditional skills and customs in accordance with local conditions.However,through field investigation and research,the current rural cultural construction of rural schools still has areas that need to be improved,such as the understanding of rural cultural construction,the lack of depth and continuity of rural cultural construction practice,and the lack of systematic and operable implementation plans and evaluation systems.And so on are existing problems.This research is divided into four chapters.The first chapter defines the concept and connotation of rural culture and rural cultural construction,expounds the significance of rural cultural construction in rural schools,and summarizes the practical experience and characteristics of rural cultural construction in historical changes.The second chapter discusses the goals and main content of rural culture construction of rural schools.The third chapter takes two typical rural schools as examples,conducts on-the-spot investigation and analysis of them,summarizes the existing problems and conducts in-depth cause analysis.The fourth chapter combines the status quo of rural cultural construction of rural schools,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of rural cultural construction of rural schools,in order to promote the continuous progress of rural cultural construction. |
