| Teacher’s classroom language refers to the language used by teachers in classroom teaching.As an important medium for communication between teachers and students,it provides a guarantee for students to obtain quality and quantity of language input.Among them,the teacher’s question and feedback language play a pivotal role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Whether the teacher uses the questioning language and the feedback language is reasonable and appropriate,to a certain extent,it will have a direct impact on the learning effect of the language learners,especially the language learners at the primary stage.As a novice teacher,the author had an online Chinese teaching practice with classmates.Because the author encountered the problems of low classroom efficiency,low feedback from students to teachers’questions,and low learning interest of students during the teaching practice,I wanted to use the online classroom records of novice Chinese teachers and use the research results of expert teachers as the reference object.The characteristics of novice teachers’ questioning and feedback words,find out the shortcomings,and put forward targeted teaching suggestions and teacher development suggestions on this basis.This article collected 16 lesson hours(total 830 minutes)of online one-to-one Chinese teaching screen recordings of three novice teachers,transcribed and analyzed these screen recordings,and supplemented with interviews with three teachers.Hope According to the actual situation in the classroom,it is found that novice teachers use questions and feedback words in the classroom.This article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter explains the significance of the topic and introduces the related research summary;the second chapter is the research design of this article;Chapter 3 analyzes the classroom questioning words of three novice teachers and analyzes the validity with reference to relevant standards;Chapter 4 combines the three characteristics of feedback language proposed by scholars and analyzes Classroom feedback words of three novice teachers;Chapter 5 is the research conclusions and suggestions,summarizing the characteristics of the three novice teachers’ classroom questions and feedback words,including the following advantages:(1)Focus on cultivating students’ communicative skills;(2)Focus on students The following deficiencies:(1)The question is more difficult to ask;(2)The use of questioning strategies is not proficient;(3)The positive feedback method is single;(4)The language expression is complicated and difficult,and the instructional language is used too much;(5)Unable to balance "teaching quantity" and "teaching quality" well.And put forward the following teaching suggestions on these issues:for institutions,appropriately reduce the amount of tasks;conduct refined teacher training;in the preparation of courseware,increase auxiliary means to make up for the deficiencies of online teaching.For novice teachers,the difficulty should be controlled;the feedback forms should be enriched,and the relevance of the feedback language should be enhanced;the use of instructional language should be reduced;adequate lesson preparation should be carried out before class.Finally,it discusses the shortcomings of this article. |
