Research On The Development Of Cultural Services For The Elderly In Feicheng Community

According to “Statistical Bulletin of the People’s Republic of China on National Economic and Social Development in 2019 ” issued by the National Bureau of statistics,by the end of 2019,China’s population aged 60 or above is253.88 million,accounting for 18.1% of the total population,of which 176.03 million are aged 65 or above,accounting for 12.6% of the total population.China’s aging problem is still serious.Many social problems,such as the life security of the elderly,deserve the attention of the government and the community.With the rapid development of economy and society and the increasing satisfaction of material life,the demand for spiritual life of the elderly is more and more urgent.As an important part of the spiritual life of the elderly,cultural service is also an indispensable part of improving the life security of the elderly.When the elderly integrate into the strong social and cultural atmosphere,they can have a chance to re recognize themselves and society,enrich themselves and realize themselves,and continue to maintain the vitality of life after their social role changes.The community is the main activity area for the elderly after retirement.Based on the actual life of the elderly,the development of cultural services for the elderly in the community is worth exploring and thinking.From the perspective of demand and supply,this study analyzes the development of cultural services for the elderly in Feicheng community.The research methods include literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,IPA analysis and comparative analysis.Through the elaboration of the research background,the purpose and significance of this study are shown,and makes a brief overview of the relevant research status of community elderly culture at home and abroad,and this paper defines the two related concepts of community elderly and cultural services,and briefly describes the theoretical basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Marshall’s civil rights theory and welfare pluralism.Through on-the-spot visits,sorting out the survey data,the paper analyzes the needs of the elderly in the development of cultural services in Feicheng community,mainly involving the analysis of the basic situation of the elderly,the demand analysis of cultural facilities,cultural activities,education for the elderly and other cultural content,as well as financial support,talent team,organization construction and other social support.At the same time,it also analyzes the supply of cultural services for the elderly in Feicheng community,including cultural facilities,cultural activities,education for the elderly,financial support,professional team and organization construction.In addition,based on the actual feelings of the elderly participating in the community cultural services,according to the literature analysis and interview situation,19 satisfaction evaluation indexes are selected to analyze the "Importance-performance" of the supply status of the community elderly cultural services in Feicheng City,and to explore the problems existing in the development of the community elderly cultural services.Based on the exploration and analysis of the relevant experience of cultural services for the elderly in domestic communities,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the development of cultural services for the elderly in Feicheng City.Through research and analysis,the development of cultural services for the elderly in Feicheng community has achieved certain results,but the development is not mature and has not yet formed a system.There are still some problems,such as insufficient types of cultural facilities and low matching with the elderly,the lack of diversity,inclusive and long-term cultural activities,the low enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in cultural activities,and the lack of elderly education form and content There are many problems,such as the lack of financial support,the low professional level of the talent team,and the non-standard organization and management.According to the analysis results of this study,from improving the construction of cultural facilities,improving the quality of cultural activities,stimulating the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in cultural activities,improving the elderly education mode,broadening financing channels,ensuring financial support,strengthening the development of the elderly It also puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of cultural services for the elderly in Feicheng community.
