| With the rise of the third nationalist movement,the problem of ethnic and religious conflicts intensified,and the issue of individual identity has become an inevitable proposition in the process of modernization.Globalization has made this proposition a global phenomenon that needs to be explored.For a nation-state,especially a multi-ethnic country,the integration of identity is one of the important tasks of national construction.While modernization and globalization lead to identity crisis,they also make it possible to shape new identity.In this world background,the more diverse the ethnic group is and the more diverse the culture is,the greater the challenge the country faces in the integration of identity.As a well-known unified multi-ethnic country,China’s research on identity has naturally aroused the interest and concern of scholars from all walks of life.Based on previous studies,as a research direction with Chinese characteristics,the research on Chinese community identity is less abroad,but its research on community,cultural China and national identity has reference value for the research of Chinese community identity.Domestic scholars’ theoretical research on the Chinese national community tends to explore how to build the awareness of the Chinese national community from the political,economic and philosophical levels,and lack of specific research on the practical level;in the choice of measurement tools,domestic research tends to use the questionnaire of ethnic identity or national identity,or go beyond the discrimination between ethnic identity and national identity Using the questionnaire of cultural identity to replace the measurement of the community identity of the Chinese national community;on the choice of the measurement object,domestic scholars prefer to measure the orientation of the ethnic minority individuals in Northwest China to the community identity of the Chinese national community,such as Xinjiang and Tibet,while there is less research on the inland areas and non-ethnic minority individuals.In recent years,with the strengthening of ethnic integration and ethnic education in Northwest China,the activities of separatist forces in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities have decreased.On the contrary,in areas inhabited by non-ethnic minorities,such as Hong Kong,Taiwan,and the neighboring areas of the mainland,resistance activities planned by separatist forces have broken out frequently.According to the development model of ethnic identity,the late adolescence is the peak period of ethnic identity development.In order to understand the recognition trend of high school students in inland areas for the Chinese national community,this study is committed to the development of a suitable scale for high school students in inland areas.On the basis of collecting domestic and foreign theoretical basis and relevant identification scales,this paper puts forward three theoretical dimensions of building the identity of the Chinese national community,and compiles the initial questionnaire of the identity of the Chinese national community.The initial questionnaire was used to predict 150 subjects.Through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the non-conforming items were selected.Finally,the three dimensions(cognition,emotion,behavior)and all items(45)of the questionnaire were determined to form a formal questionnaire.A total of 300 senior high school students in the mainland were randomly selected for the formal test,and the data were analyzed for reliability and validity and confirmatory factor analysis.The results show that:(1)The questionnaire includes three dimensions: basic cognition,emotional attitude and behavior orientation.(2)The self-made "Chinese community identity questionnaire" has good discrimination,internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability,content validity and structural validity,which can be used in the investigation and research of Chinese community identity. |
