In order to explore the mastery of the law of Chinese delay between Indonesian Chinese learners, this paper uses the method of speech experiment to compare the delay performance of Indonesian Chinese learners in reading sentences, reading essays and speaking freely with that of native Chinese speakers.Through experiments,we found that: Indonesian pronunciation people sentence delay position errors,pre-stop syllable extension, shortening rate difference is not much;Intermediate-level Indonesian students who do not study in China generally have longer pre-syllables than native Chinese speakers, and their delays are generally greater than those of native Chinese speakers, nor do they correctly learn the law of silent segment length when reading sentences and speaking freely. There is a significant difference between intermediate learners with Chinese learning experience in China and those who do not.The delay of Indonesian Chinese learners we analyzed is due to: negative migration of native language, poor learning of Chinese, unfamiliar with the language of destination, not thorough enough, affected by individual differences. Finally,we give the corresponding teaching and learning suggestions: the suspension of teaching needs to be focused and targeted, teachers should promote the diversification of deferred practice, teachers should take the initiative to create a good Chinese learning environment for students, teachers should master the corresponding delay classroom teaching skills, students should master the corresponding methods of deferred learning,we also put forward the "suspended teaching three-step" plan.
