| Under the background of education informatization,education departments at all levels also actively participate in the construction of micro-course platform and corresponding resources.However,during the period of COVID-19,problems such as student management,online interaction and homework feedback were still exposed.The purpose and significance of this study are to form effective strategies of micro-courses teaching,rich English teaching resources,improve teaching practice,and promote the author’s professional development,bringing the research certain practical value.Based on literature review of the research status of micro-courses and flipped classroom,taking Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives as the theoretical foundation,the author has carried out nearly one year of action research on the design and application of micro-courses under the flipped classroom mode.This action research mainly answers:(1)Methods and steps for making micro-courses on professional online teaching platforms.(2)The strategies of student management,online interaction and homework feedback in the teaching of micro-courses on professional online teaching platforms.(3)The design and application effect of the KET micro-courses.To conduct action research,the author has designed a series of micro-courses,which eventually form a structured electronic curriculum for KET,and explores a series of micro-courses design and application methods and strategies.The analysis of the outcome and effect in this study shows that: teachers should make full use of the technology of learning platform to design and apply micro-courses,which helps to optimize students’ English learning attitude,methods and habits,and can achieve satisfactory effect of flipped classroom. |
