| The flipped classroom emerges in foreign countries and gradually attracts the attention of Chinese experts and scholars.It is different from traditional teaching,flipped classroom is an innovative teaching mode of "learning-before-teaching",which reverses the order of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization.It conforms to the current trend of educational informatization reform in China.It meets the requirements of the ten-year development plan of educational informatization.Rural schools are located in remote areas with weak infrastructure,which are often difficult to benefit from educational informatization.Rural students generally lack good English learning environment.So rural students’ core English literacy is lower than that of urban students.Applying the flipped classroom to English teaching can not only inject vitality into the teaching of English in rural primary schools,but also provide new ideas and methods for English teaching reform.In this paper,the author selected two classes of students in Grade Five as the research object.Flipped classroom teaching is implemented in one class and traditional teaching is implemented in the other class.Questionnaire survey and test results were used to analyze the beneficial impact of flipped class teaching model on students in rural primary schools.Through the result comparison,it is found that flipped classroom can improve the English learning performance of rural students.This dissertation is mainly divided into eight components.The first part explains the background and significance of the thesis,summarizes the research status of domestic and international and introduces the outline of the thesis.The second part briefly introduces the relevant concepts of flipped classroom and analyzes the theoretical basis.The third part elaborates the research problem,research object and preliminary preparation.The fourth part elaborates the whole teaching process under the flipped classroom teaching mode.The fifth part analyzes the research data.According to the results,this paper analyzes the influence on the learning interest,learning ability and academic performance of rural students.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the contents of this paper and presents the drawbacks of this paper.In the seventh part,the paper analyzes the dilemma of flipped classroom in rural primary schools and puts forward the solutions.Finally,the text summarizes the full text,and raise the prospect for the future.More practical studies are needed to prove its applicability and feasibility for the widespread implementation of flipped classroom in rural areas.However,its concept provides new ideas and methods for rural basic education in China.In the future,it will certainly contribute to improving the quality of rural primary education and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. |
