Research On The Development Of Enshi Tujia People’s Waving Dance From The Perspective Of Healthy China

Tujia Hand-Waving Dance is a historical and artistic activity integrating dance art and physical fitness.As a national intangible cultural heritage,it has a high degree of historical deposits and cultural connotations.The origin of hand-waving dance can be traced back to primitive times,and is reflected in aspects such as religious rituals,productive labor,war,and life.The hand-waving dance evolved from "four-style hand-waving dance" and "nine-style hand-waving dance" to "fitness hand-waving dance" little by little,and its functions have also changed accordingly.The original hand waving dance has been inherited in Shemeihu Village,Laifeng County,while the hand waving dances circulating among the people are all adapted and promoted,mainly featuring modern musical elements combined with popular dance movements,in line with the current fitness needs of the people.As an excellent ethnic culture of the Tujia,hand-waving dance is deeply loved by the people.In the process of writing the paper,four research methods are mainly used,which are literature method,interview method,field investigation method and logical analysis method.Books related to traditional ethnic minority sports culture and Tujia sports culture etc.During a half-month field study in Laifeng County,Enshi Prefecture,the birthplace of hand-waving dance,we visited the staff of hand-waving dance-related departments,the inheritors of the dance,the practitioners and performers of the dance.The author personally experienced the daily life of the local villagers,and understood the basic situation of Tujia society and the inheritance of hand-waving dance culture.In addition,the author also participated in local ethnic cultural and sports activities to truly experience the process of hand-waving dance activities and watched folk hand-waving dance activities,and systematically collected data on the time regularity of the process of hand-waving dance in urban areas and the degree of participation.Through research,it is found that the hand-waving dance has a certain utilitarian color in the early stage of its development,which is inseparable from the ancient sacrificial activities,but it still shows a certain entertaining nature and has a profound cultural background;the hand-waving dance is because of its unique characteristics,the most popular and well-known dance among Tujia folk dances.With the progress of the times,the hand-waving dance is no longer limited to the inheritance of special people,and it has begun to appear in the public’s vision in a new form of dance;the background music of the hand-waving dance is composed of one gong and one drum.It is performed with a strong rhythm of gongs and drums.At the same time,it is an aerobic exercise from the perspective of the dancing method and dance movements of the hand-waving dance.At present,the hand-waving dance enters the school as an ethnic characteristic sport.Most of it is mainly based on inter-class exercises and art performances The movement of the hand-waving dance is moderately difficult and easy to accept.It is symbolic of ethnic culture and has a high artistic appreciation.The healthy thoughts contained in it promote the harmonious development of the society and generate economic and cultural values.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward: in order to better promote hand-waving dance,knowledge on health should be popularized among the public,and modern popular elements should be incorporated on the basis of the traditional hand-waving dance and innovative movements should be made to ensure the interest of hand dance practitioners.Local governments should play a leading role,increase investment in protecting and inheriting the dance,and ensure sufficient staff in relevant departments of the dance.While ensuring the inheritance of the original hand-waving dance,it is necessary to broaden its development channels,which can be combined with "Culture on Campus" activities and new ways of widely promoting hand-waving dance with the help of the information age.Hand-waving dance can be used to promote the development of regional sports tourism,and in accordance with local conditions,build intangible heritage parks and construct overall protection experimental areas in order to give full play to the cultural value of hand-waving dance and turn it into economic value.
